Responsibilities- Drives strategy and execution of the Red Hat co-sell business: executive relationships, sales forecast, pipeline, and management of marketing and business development plans to achieve revenue goals
- Owns relationship with alliance sellers: versed in Veeam products, identifies opportunities with Alliance sellers, engages Veeam
- Leads and/or participates in the development and ongoing optimization of programs: setting objectives, driving deliverables, creating metrics and milestones, and reporting progress
- Executes operational processes – quotes, order processing, reporting
- Develops a plan for leveraging Red Hat to drive mindshare and revenue
- Acts as a central point of contact to manage contracts, gather results from regions, share best practices, and continuously improve the program

Role Overview
As Network & Alliance Manager, you play a key strategic role in optimizing CNC’s shipping network and strengthening alliance partnerships. Working closely with Operations, Trade, and regional stakeholders, the manager leads monthly network and cost reviews, oversees market and competitor analysis, and evaluates new service opportunities through feasibility studies. Key Responsibilities:
- Monthly review of the current CNC network in terms of fixed costs (with Operations) and profitability (with Head of Trade).

- Maintain relationships with partners through visits, negotiations, and identifying growth opportunities.

Role Overview

- Monitor competitor services, rotations, and capacity movements to keep management informed.
- Engage with Heads of Asian countries to assess their space and coverage needs.

- Track and report Agility Savings monthly to Head Office (HO).

We are seeking a seasoned and strategic Senior Partner Alliance Manager to lead and grow our partner ecosystem across the APJ region, covering our Rest of Asia Market. This high-impact role requires a leader with a strong track record in partner sales, deep regional knowledge, and the ability to build executive-level relationships that drive partner-influenced revenue.
As a Senior Partner Alliance Manager, you will play a critical role in shaping the success of our regional partner strategy, working cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Solutions Engineering, and Product teams to activate and accelerate our most strategic partners. You’ll be expected to operate with autonomy, bring strong executive presence, and leverage an existing network of trusted partner relationships to scale our influence in ROA
Responsibilities
In this role, you’ll:
- Lead and manage a portfolio of strategic System Integrators, Referral and Resell partners with a focus on driving partner-influenced and partner-sourced pipeline and revenue.
- Define and execute regional GTM strategies aligned with Twilio’s global partner objectives.
- Build and maintain strong executive relationships with key partners, ensuring alignment on business goals and joint value creation.
- Collaborate closely with Twilio’s direct sales team to support joint account planning, joint-selling motions, and pipeline acceleration.
- Serve as the voice of the APJ partner ecosystem internally, providing feedback and insights to influence product, marketing, and enablement priorities.
- Represent Twilio and our partner program at regional events, executive briefings, and QBRs.

- Self-starter with a strategic mindset, strong business acumen, and a bias toward action.
- Experience working with API-first or developer-centric platforms.
