As a Public Safety Professional, you will be responsible for providing security and protection services to various clients. Your duties will include:

• Infrastructure Protection: You will be responsible for safeguarding buildings, equipment, and personnel from potential threats.
• Escort Duties: You will provide escort services to personnel and goods, ensuring their safe transportation.
• Event & Asset Security: You will be responsible for securing events and assets, such as concerts, conferences, and exhibitions.
• Training & Consultancy Support: You will provide training and consultancy support to clients on security-related matters.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you must have:

• Able to perform shift work: You must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
• Min. 3 GCE 'N' / 'O' Levels, NITEC, or WPLN: You must have a minimum of 3 GCE 'N' / 'O' Levels, NITEC, or WPLN qualification.
• Strong team spirit & composure under pressure: You must possess strong communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to remain calm under pressure.

• The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing protection and escorting VIPs or business partners.
• Security Enforcement & Screening Duties include screening individuals and monitoring access control points.
• Traffic, Crowd & Access Control is also a critical aspect of the job, requiring the ability to manage crowds and maintain order in public areas.

Requirements:

• Conduct crowd, traffic, and access control duties

• 2700- 3300 per month (Unarmed)

The role involves managing integrated platforms with real-time incident tracking and GIS mapping in secure or low-connectivity environments.

• Coordinate internal teams and third-party vendors across technical components.
• Translate public safety workflows into clear requirements and validate implementations.
• Oversee real-time modules: incident reporting, responder tracking, GIS mapping, dispatch.

Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field required.

• 5+ years in software project management, incl. 2+ years in mission-critical systems (public safety, defense, or emergency response).
• Experience managing cross-functional teams and vendors.
• Strong grasp of web architecture, AWS cloud, and system integration.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience in public sector/homeland security integration.
• Familiarity with identity management, inter-system comms, and IM8 standards.

The security officer will be responsible for monitoring and managing security procedures, responding to incidents, and maintaining a secure environment across various operational areas, including airport facilities.

• Monitor CCTV systems and other surveillance equipment

• Conduct routine patrols of the premises

• Operate screening equipment such as X-ray machines and metal detectors to inspect baggage for prohibited items

• Screen personnel for potential security risks

• Any other duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Valid PLRD Security license

• Good command of written and spoken English

• Normal colour vision due to work purpose

• Independent and able to multi-task

• Comfortable working shift
