Job Description
- Manage daily airfreight export or import operations
- Coordinate effectively with airlines, freight forwarders, transporters, and customs authorities
- Maintain a positive attitude towards problem-solving.
- Handle daily rate inquiries from local and international stakeholders.
- Timely response to all inquiries with multiple solutions and accuracy.
- Prepare and manage shipping documents, ensure timely billing, and close job files efficiently.
- Manage operations for export shipments, including preparation of necessary documentation.
- Coordinate export operations to guarantee timely delivery in line with client timelines.
- Execute full set of AWB / Export Custom Clearance / Invoicing / Verification of vendor costings / Sending pre-alerts to oversee offices/agents etc.
- Coordinate bookings of Air cargo with partners & vendors.
- Arrangements of cargo collection and deliveries with transporters.
Job Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of working experience in air freight operations.
- Knowledge of incoterms, Singapore shipping procedure & freight forwarding experience.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office particularly Excel and Word
- Experience in using freight system (Sysfreight)
- Process oriented and a team player
- Only Singaporean and Permanent Resident.

We are hiring on behalf of our client, MNC Global Logistic company - Air Freight Executive, where you'll manage end-to-end key account operations for high-value clients. You'll ensure seamless import/export processes while driving continuous improvement in a fast-paced environment.
Air Freight Executive – Key Account (Customer Service)
Location: Alps Avenue
Working Hours:
- Mon–Fri: 8:30 AM – 5:50 PM
- Alternate Sat: 8:30 AM – 12:30 PM
- 6 off days per month
Gross Salary: Up to S$4,000/month
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day air freight import/export operations, ensuring compliance with SOPs and smooth shipment execution.
- Act as the main point of contact for key customers, internal teams, and carriers to manage and resolve operational issues.
- Develop and enhance procedures to improve efficiency, reduce service failures, and ensure effective recovery actions.
- Prepare and analyze KPI reports, lead performance reviews, and recommend improvements based on data insights.
- Monitor customer payments, resolve billing issues, and ensure timely collections.
- Respond promptly to customer feedback or issues, with a focus on root cuse analysis and preventive solutions.
- Coordinate and secure cargo space across origin stations in alignment with shipment schedules.
Requirements
- Diploma/Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field
- Prior experience or knowledge in air freight operations is a plus (training provided for entry-level candidates).
- Strong attention to detail, analytical mindset, and proactive problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and team collaboration skills.
- Self-driven and resourceful, with a passion for process improvement and service excellence.
