 Overview 
 About The Role: You will contribute to the operational management of private asset investments, working with internal teams and external service providers to ensure timely, accurate and compliant processing and reporting. 
 Responsibilities 
 Ensure operational functions for private asset investments are performed on a timely and accurate basis, including but not limited to: 
 Process and manage capital call and distribution notices from GPs. 
 Compute, monitor and communicate funding requirements of portfolios and funds, including credit facilities, to enable timely downstream of funds and capital calls. 
 End-to-end transaction management for new investments. 
 Ensure proper record-keeping of private asset transactions in Portfolio Management Systems. 
 Handle new investments setup in Portfolio Management Systems. 
 Participate in investor onboarding activities such as customer KYC, subscription forms, commitment agreements and FATCA/CRS declarations. 
 Participate in new fund launches, fund closings and rebalancing/adjustment activities. 
 Collaborate with Core Operations and service providers (custodian, fund administrator, transfer agent, valuation agent and auditor) to ensure timely task completion and issue escalation when needed. 
 Guide, train and lead team members on assigned projects. 
 Handle fund audits and provide oversight of internal and external service providers. 
 Work closely with Alternative/Private Assets portfolio management teams and internal/external clients, fund managers, general partners and service providers to ensure services meet expectations. 
 Work with Group Investment Services and AIAIM Investment Services teams to enhance the target state support model for private investments and identify opportunities to improve processes, workflows, and controls to minimize operational risk. 
 Use subject matter expertise to plan and manage change, resolve issues, and formulate action plans in response to market developments. 
 Contribute to and maintain process documentation in alignment with the operational control environment and participate in ongoing process improvements. 
 Provide inputs into fund structure design (share classes, dividend distributions, performance fees) and ensure fund documentation and legal agreements are appropriate and updated. 
 Support Group and Company projects involving private asset investments. 
 Requirements 
 Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, or related field. 
 At least 8 years' experience, with 4 years' in a managerial role within asset management or private asset firms. 
 Strong knowledge of private asset operations, fund structures (e.g., SICAV, VCC), and investment processes. 
 Experience in leading and managing private investments related projects, including system changes and enhancements. 
 Ability to design and implement new or enhanced processes and controls. 
 Excellent stakeholder management and communication abilities.
