- Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), PMI-ACP, or equivalent Agile certification.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience as a Scrum Master in a tech or product-driven organization.
- Proven ability to manage multiple teams or large-scale Agile projects.
- Strong communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills.
- Experience with Agile tools such as Jira, Confluence, or Azure DevOps.
- Prior experience in coaching teams transitioning from Waterfall to Agile is a plus.
- Technical background or hands-on development experience.
- Familiarity with SAFe, LeSS, or other scaled Agile frameworks.
- Experience working with geographically distributed teams.
- Knowledge of DevOps and CI/CD principles.
