We are hiring engineers to support IT and OT systems across district cooling operations and the broader Sustainable Energy Solutions business. This role is part of a centralised technology team responsible for ensuring that systems, networks and endpoints across enterprise and site environments are secure, reliable and well-maintained across multiple operational sites.
The team works closely with internal stakeholders and service providers to deliver stable operations, support system improvements, and maintain alignment with organisational standards across energy infrastructure systems.
This role is responsible for the administration, maintenance and continuous improvement of IT and OT infrastructure, including systems, networks, endpoints and cloud-based platforms.

- Plan and deliver infrastructure changes and improvements through structured assessment, coordination, testing and controlled rollout under change management
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers to deliver operations, maintenance and enhancements, driving quality and accountability
- Monitor system performance, logs and alerts, and proactively prevent, respond to, and coordinate resolution of incidents
- Troubleshoot issues and perform root cause analysis, implementing corrective actions to improve reliability
- Maintain systems in line with security policies, including vulnerability remediation, backup, recovery and logging

**Job Description**
The Senior Planner will support the Integrated Waste Management Facility (IWMF) project in Tuas, Singapore, a major multi-disciplinary infrastructure programme. The role is responsible for developing and maintaining integrated schedules and supporting planning and progress tracking across design, procurement, construction, and commissioning phases, working across multiple engineering disciplines.
The role sits within the project planning and controls team and coordinates closely with the Civil and Waste-to-Energy engineering design teams, as well as risk, cost/change, permitting, and traffic engineering functions.
This is a full-time, project-based role within a Joint Ventureentity, supporting this IWMF project with a project duration of approximately 8 years.
**Qualifications**
+ Develop, maintain, and update the integrated master schedule covering design, procurement, construction, commissioning, and handover phases.
+ Support programme integration across multiple disciplines including civil & structural, geotechnical, architectural, building services (MEP), and waste-to-energy process systems.
+ Support programme-level planning, progress tracking, and reporting activities.
+ Monitor progress against baseline schedule and identify key delays, risks, and critical path impacts.
+ Perform schedule analysis including critical path review, float assessment, and scenario ("what-if") planning.

**Key Responsibilities**
+ Ensures that specific project and program objectives are defined for areas of responsibility, and that necessary preliminary activities (e.g., determination of outcomes, milestones, viability studies, and resource planning, among others) are completed to allow for effectiveness and focus during later stages of completion.
+ Ensures that all projects and programs assigned are completed in accordance with predetermined requirements, with specific attention to product/process specifications, project/program costs, resource utilization, and timeliness for completion.
+ Ensures that all phases of project, program and/or process development are documented, and that information required in other functional areas is reported, disseminated, or transferred, as appropriate.
+ Ensures compliance with Company policies regarding Engineering/Lab notebooks, patents, confidentiality, and safety.
+ Ensures that the utilization of all material and financial resources is carried out in an effective manner.
+ Effectively work with other staff to maximize productivity for the project / program.
+ Business Unit point of contact with regards to inventory and warehouse optimization, tracking of days inventory outstanding targets and supply greater than demand mitigation.
+ Responsible for quarterly Inflow/Outflow submissions, management of receipts, FGI returns, Systems and NSOs MCOS outflow and other credit / debit projections.
+ Engage with supply chain planning, engineering, master scheduling and other stakeholders to ensure correct plan for every part is monitored and controlled.
+ Monitor weekly quality of receipts and provide corrective action to purchasing groups.
+ Complete weekly supply greater than demand root causes, mitigation, and reserves projections.
+ Prepare and present End of Quarter Sarbanes-Oxley audit to executive management.
+ Work with supply chain planning to close on the actioning of PO cancellations, internal material transfer amongst SPG and AGS sites, sellback, and rework purchase orders.
+ Conduct quarterly raw zero demand and aged cancelled wip scrap reviews with business unit stakeholders.
+ Prepare and present quarterly business inventory reviews, delegating and driving closure of action items.
+ Monitor New Products Introductions (NPI) watchlists, Engineering Change Requests (ECR), Engineering Specification Wavers (ESW) and Non-System Request (NSR) to ensure material demand and consumption cut over occurs with the least amount of customer and inventory impact.
+ Monitor Planning Independent Requirements (PIR) forecast due to customer and platform demand fluctuations due to business environment, alerting master scheduling of potential inventory and supply greater than demand impact.
+ Collaborate with AGS and SPG Business units outside of sites 4060/4070/4080 regarding surplus material consumption, both on hand and on order.
