Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and support the development of sales quotations, technical proposals, and tender submissions for marine-related projects.
Ensure all proposals and technical documentation align with client requirements and technical standards.
Assist in addressing technical clarifications and resolving product-related inquiries from customers and internal teams.
Liaise with suppliers and manufacturers to obtain accurate lead times, product specifications, and updates on order status.

- Provide administrative and operational support to the sales team, including managing correspondence, updating Salesforce (SFDC) records, and preparing sales presentations and proposals.
- Maintain a strong understanding of company products and services to effectively support the sales team and address customer enquiries.
Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Business or related field.
- 2 to 3 years of experience in a sales analytics or sales support role with prior experience dealing with data.
- Prior experience in sales reporting and CRM tools such as Salesforce.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Proficient in data analysis and modelling using Python and SQL.
- Familiarity with BI and data visualisation tools such as Looker, Tableau, Power BI will be an added advantage.
