We are looking for passionate and dedicated freelance/contract instructors to conduct First Aid, CPR+AED, and BCLS+AED courses in accordance with the latest guidelines set by the Singapore Resuscitation and First Aid Council (SRFAC).
DescriptionAs an instructor, you will:
- Deliver engaging and accurate training sessions to participants from various backgrounds.
- Communicate effectively to ensure participants understand key lifesaving skills and concepts.
- Maintain and upkeep training equipment and materials.
- Support administrative tasks such as attendance tracking, assessment documentation, and feedback collection.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
- Commitment to upholding training standards and SRFAC guidelines
- BCLS+AED Instructor Certification (Training can be provided by SERA for individuals with a healthcare background)
- Paramedic, EMT, or Nursing background
- First Aid Instructor Certification
- Code of Ethics
- WSQ Advanced Certificate in Learning and Performance / Advanced Certificate in Training and Assessment (ACTA/ACLP)
The courses you may be assigned to teach will depend on the qualifications and certifications you hold.

- To maintain, check and conduct routine servicing of all fighting equipment and facilities accordingly to the work schedule and maintenance program.
- To conduct periodic tests and checks of fire protection facilities and system.
- To assist in the conduct of the yearly performance test on the fire pumps.
- To ensure that all works are conducted and completed in accordance with the specified schedule of maintenance.
- To conduct fire training and any emergency courses organised.
- To respond to any emergency as a member of the ERT (Emergency Response Team) when activated, including fighting, rescue and any other emergency related activities.
