The team

Youll be joining a business analysis team that acts as the bridge between operations, technology, and project stakeholders. The team plays a key role in transforming business needs into scalable, well-documented solutions, ensuring alignment from initial requirements to deployment.

The team is currently working on a CLM/KYC digitalization project.

The role

As a Business Analyst, you will gather and document business requirements, define functional and non-functional specifications, and support solution design, testing, and implementation. Youll work closely with stakeholders, system analysts, and architects to drive the success of complex projects, particularly those involving process improvement, system integration, and migration initiatives.

T he requirements

  • Proven experience as a Business Analyst in banking or financial services
  • Strong skills in requirements gathering, analysis, and documentation (e.g., BRDs, functional specs)
  • Strong understanding of CLM / KYC processes.
  • Experience in defining "to-be" business processes and conducting impact assessments
  • Ability to manage risks, scope changes, and engage cross-functional stakeholders
