Responsibilities:

· Develop and manage marketing dashboards, ensuring visibility into key performance indicators (KPIs).
· Provide insights to enhance audience targeting, segmentation, and engagement strategies.
2. Business Alignment & Marketing Cadence
Develop a structured marketing cadence aligned with business objectives.
Facilitate cross-functional collaboration between marketing, sales, and business units to ensure alignment.
· Drive regular business reviews to evaluate marketing effectiveness and support revenue goals.
· Train marketing teams on running reports and executing tasks within marketing automation programs.
· Deploy and train regional teams on new tools and processes introduced by the global marketing team.
3. Pipeline Health & Demand Waterfall Management
Monitor the health of the marketing and sales pipeline, ensuring optimal funnel performance.
Define and refine demand waterfall metrics (MQLs, SQLs, SALs) in collaboration with sales.
Identify bottlenecks in the conversion funnel and implement corrective strategies.
4. Return on Marketing Investment (ROMI) & Conversion Optimization
Track and analyze marketing ROI, ensuring accountability for marketing spend.
Implement best practices for optimizing lead conversion and customer acquisition costs.
Leverage A/B testing, predictive analytics, and attribution modeling to enhance performance.
6. Email Automation & Nurture Programs
Track and analyze automated email nurture workflows to improve engagement and conversions.
Optimize email marketing strategies for lead nurturing, retention, and upsell opportunities.
Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations and best practices in email marketing.
Qualifications:
Bachelor degree in Marketing, Business, Analytics, or a related field.
7+ years of experience in marketing operations, demand generation, or digital marketing.
Strong analytical mindset with expertise in marketing analytics, CRM, and automation tools.
Experience in developing and optimizing marketing cadences, pipelines, and demand waterfalls.
Proficiency in Salesforce CRM system and Salesforce Marketing Account Engagement marketing automation platform.
