This is an exciting opportunity to join our multidisciplinary team in an inpatient ward as a skilled mental health nurse.

• Key Responsibilities:

• Service Delivery: Provide high-quality care to patients, assess and manage various mental health conditions, including crisis intervention, through effective assessment and treatment strategies.
• Medication Administration: Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by healthcare professionals, ensuring adherence to established protocols.
• Patient Support: Offer guidance, support, and education to patients and their families, closely monitoring patient progress and adjusting care plans as necessary.
• Collaboration: Work collaboratively with the healthcare team for comprehensive care, participate in patient rounds, and contribute meaningfully to care discussions.
• Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and thorough documentation of patient care and treatment outcomes.

Previous experience in mental health nursing is a must. Rotation of three shifts is available.
