1. Content Review and Clean-up
- Identify and remove outdated or redundant content with content owners
- Ensure proper version control of documents with content owners
2. Content Migration
- Transfer documents, files, and content from SharePoint 2019 to SharePoint Online (SPO)
- Maintain proper folder structures and document hierarchies during migration
- Verify file integrity and accessibility post-migration
- Document any migration issues or anomalies encountered
- Support content owners in creating new page layouts
3. Quality Assurance
- Conduct thorough testing of migrated content
- Verify all links, permissions, and workflows are functioning correctly
- Cross-check document counts between old and new sites
- Ensure all embedded links are updated to reflect new SharePoint Online URLs
4. Documentation
- Maintain detailed logs of migration activities
- Record any issues or challenges encountered
- Document new site structures and organization
- Create basic user guides for content owners if required
