Position: Activity Coordinator (Part-Time – Palliative Ward)
Location: Bukit Batok
Contract Duration: Till 31 March 2028
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM – 12:30 PM (Weekday mornings only)
Salary: UP $1,500/month
Role Overview:
The Activity Coordinator will assist in the planning and facilitation of engagement activities for palliative care patients. This includes supporting daily group/individual sessions, ensuring patient safety, and documenting participation outcomes.
- Conduct or assist with therapy sessions under supervision
- Track and record patient participation and performance
- Manage logistics and materials for each session
- Safely transfer or escort patients to session venues
- Support training of caregivers and volunteers in activity facilitation
- Ability to plan and organize meaningful engagement activities
- Comfortable with light manual handling
