Salary: $3,100-$4,000 + Transport Reimbursement + Performance Bonus
Job Responsibilities:
- Perform regular Bookkeeping and Accounting services, Taxation work, quarterly GST, Payroll services rendered to external clients (preparation of full set of accounts including bank reconciliation, audit schedules, etc.) or provide consultancy thereof.
- Preparation of client's unaudited financial statements prepared in accordance to Financial Reporting Standards (FRSs)
- Streamline clients' cashflow monitoring processes
- Provide internal process consultancy and backoffice software consultancy to clients
- Review junior consultants' work for accuracy and reasonableness
- Conduct MYOB and other backoffice software trainings and IT consultancy for clients
- Manage internal and company's clients' statutory datelines
Job Requirements:
- At least diploma or degree in Accountancy, Finance, or professional accounting qualifications such as ACCA
- At least 1 years relevant experience in accounting firm.
- With proven exposure to managing full sets of accounts or equivalent experience in a related industry.
- Proficiency in using accounting software such as QuickBooks, MYOB, or Xero
- Working knowledge of MS Office & MS Excel
