Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled Financial Analyst to join our team.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who has a strong background in accounting and finance.
The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining full sets of accounts, including accounts receivable, accounts payable, and general ledger. They will also prepare monthly financial statements, balance sheets, and cash flow reports.
In addition, the Financial Analyst will assist in budget preparation, forecasting, and variance analysis. They will manage bank reconciliations and petty cash transactions, and prepare and submit GST, CPF, and other statutory filings accurately and on time.
Liaising with external auditors, tax agents, and other stakeholders will also be a key part of this role. The Financial Analyst will support the Finance Manager in ad-hoc financial projects and administrative duties.
Requirements
- Degree in Accounting or related field.
- At least 1 year of experience in accounting or bookkeeping preferred.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Xero, QuickBooks, MYOB) and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong understanding of Singapore accounting standards and statutory requirements.
- Meticulous, organised, and able to meet deadlines.
- Good communication skills and ability to work independently and in a team.
- Knowledge of additional Southeast Asian languages will be an advantage.

- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in financial planning & analysis, reporting, or business partnering.
- Experience in a multinational corporation or regional finance environment is preferred.
- Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong team player, can work independently and under tight timeline.
