About The Role
We are looking for a passionate and driven individual to join our team to manage and nurture relationships with our existing EPOS clients, with the primary goal of upselling, cross-selling, and increasing account value. The ideal candidate should be able to analyze diverse business models, identify gaps, and deliver value-added solutions that drive both client satisfaction and revenue growth.

- Client Relationship Management
- Build strong, long-term relationships with existing clients to ensure retention and satisfaction
- Act as a trusted advisor, understanding client needs and aligning EPOS solutions accordingly
- Proactively identify and pursue opportunities to upsell and cross-sell EPOS solutions.
- Match client needs with additional offerings to maximize value delivered
- Partner with clients to develop and execute strategic account roadmaps.
- Identify expansion opportunities to increase revenue and deepen client engagement.
- Collaborate with team leads to define and implement account growth strategies.
- Work cross-functionally with various departments to execute client growth initiatives
- Consistently meet or exceed assigned sales and revenue targets.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales pipelines using CRM tools such as HubSpot.
- Provide regular sales forecasts and progress reports to internal stakeholders
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any field.
- 1-3 years of experience in account management, client success, or sales preferred. (Fresh graduates or career switchers with strong passion for sales are welcome to apply!)
- Exposure to the F&B, Retail, or Services industry is a plus.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to engage C-suite clients.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and enthusiastic with a "never say die" attitude.
