Job Summary:
We are looking for a detail-oriented Access Control Administrator to manage and optimize identity and access management processes. In this role, you will design and maintain user access workflows, enhance authorization management and provide critical support to ensure the stability and security of IAM systems. You will collaborate closely with IT teams and stakeholders to drive improvements in system availability, compliance and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, integrate, and maintain IAM workflows including joiner, mover and leaver processes
- Develop and implement system-agnostic role concepts to strengthen authorization management
- Collect and assess new requirements, coordinating with external partners as needed
- Provide Level 2 and 3 supports around the clock to maintain IAM solution stability
- Collaborating with IT teams to improve system response times and availability
- Document requirements and coordinate system enhancements
- Plan and deliver training for IAM applications to end users and stakeholders
- Partner with various departments to drive productivity improvements and reduce costs
Qualifications
- Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Identity and Access Management
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to work well both independently and as part of a team
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken
- Opportunity for specialized training in Germany
- Familiarity with Microsoft Active Directory and Entra ID is advantageous

What you will be working on
The Corporate Digital Services Department (CDD) develops robust and agile internal systems to support our staff in their daily work. This ensures corporate responsibilities are executed effectively, enabling us to serve our customers, members and employers with excellence.
In this role, you will:
• Learn to integrated access control (facial recognition) solutions with Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) systems.
• Gain hands-on experience in developing automated workflows for employee onboarding and offboarding processes.
• Understand security principles and compliance requirements in identity management systems.
• Learn to work with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and implement solutions.
• Develop skills in system integration and API development.
• Get an opportunity to interact with and present to senior management.
