flow of upcoming programmes.
Manage camp and training operations, including:
Scheduling and briefi ng trainers/facilitators.
Preparing and distributing resources and activity materials.
Packing, tracking, and maintaining logistics inventory (e.g. gear, equipment) in the warehouse.
Compiling training reports, feedback forms, and evaluation data post-programme.
Foster an empowering space where young people take ownership of their growth and leadership.
Participate in team reflections to sharpen our craft and deepen our impact.
Who You Are
You love the outdoors and believe in the power of nature-based learning.
You're passionate about raising the next generation and seeing youth grow through challenge and connection.
You're organised, detail-oriented, and thrive in dynamic, fast-moving environments.
You're calm and communicative when handling logistics, group dynamics, or unexpected curveballs.
You work well with others—whether it's a trainer, vendor, teacher, or camper.
(Bonus) You've had hands-on experience with camps, or similar programmes, or learning journeys.
(Bonus) You hold a First Aid/CPR certification (or are willing to obtain one).
What You'll Gain
Real opportunities to change lives through immersive outdoor experiences.
Exposure to programme design, operations, and youth facilitation.
A team that backs you, mentors you, and invites your voice.
The joy of seeing young people step up, stretch themselves, and shine
How to Apply
Send your CV and a short introduction (written, video, or audio—we're flexible) explaining why you are the one for this role.
