Role Overview
We are seeking Academic Tutors across a wide range of subjects and curricula — from AP, ACT/SAT, A-Levels, IGCSE, and IB, to other national and international qualifications. As a Crimson Academic Tutor, you will work with highly motivated students from around the world, helping them achieve subject mastery, improve academic performance, and prepare for high-stakes exams. Key Responsibilities
Deliver engaging, personalized tutoring sessions (1:1 or small group) tailored to each student’s curriculum, level, and goals
Assess student needs, strengths, and weaknesses to create effective lesson plans
Monitor and track student progress, adjusting strategies as needed
Communicate professionally with students, parents, and Crimson’s internal staff to align on expectations and outcomes
Maintain professional standards, punctuality, and reliability in all tutoring engagements
Stay current with relevant curriculum requirements, exam formats, and teaching methods in your subject area

Required Skills & Experience
Bachelor's degree or higher from an accredited university
