Academic Affairs Job Description
ResponsibilitiesDaily Operations & Maintenance — Oversee the club’s overall daily operations, such as preparing the venue’s air conditioning, lighting, and other facilities 30 minutes before classes start.
Class Scheduling & Trial Lessons — Work with the coaching team to arrange regular class schedules for registered students, as well as organize trial lesson bookings for new students, handle admissions contracts, and process payments.
Student Progress & Parent Communication — Collaborate with coaches to report on students’ learning and competition progress to parents. Address reasonable suggestions and feedback from parents, and ensure timely follow-up and resolution.
Working Hours — Six working days per week, with one fixed rest day. No morning office hours on weekdays.
Weekdays (Mon–Fri): 2:00 PM arrival, classes from 2:30 to 8:30 PM.
Weekends (Sat–Sun): Morning: 9:00–12:30, Afternoon: 1:30–5:30.
Promotional & Outreach Activities — Assist with the club’s publicity and promotional work, such as leading teams to participate in community charity performances, school outreach events, and other promotional activities.
Requirements: Permanent resident with excellent communication and organizational skills. Proficient in both spoken and written English and Chinese.
SalarySalary: Starting from SGD $3,500, negotiable based on interview.
