Key Responsibilities:Student Support:
- Respond to all enquiries (email, telephone, and walk-ins), providing relevant information and guidance to prospective students and their families.
- Assist the Manager with all student admissions processes, including contracts, student pass applications, insurance coverage, and other administrative tasks.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in student files and admissions databases for management review.
- Coordinate with internal departments to facilitate smooth student transfers and onboarding.
- Work closely with Finance on student fee matters, such as tuition payments and agent commissions, ensuring compliance with procedures.
- Conduct surveys to gather student feedback, collate results, and prepare reports for analysis.
- Participate in school events, committees, and provide support where required in enhancing the overall studentexperience.
- Plan and coordinate school tours for prospective students and parents, including scheduling, staff liaison, and on-site arrangements.
- Support the development and implementation of marketing strategies to promote the school, including agent coordination and partnership outreach.
- Prepare slides, presentations, and seminar materials for marketing events.
- Create brochures and other marketing materials, ensuring alignment with the school's brand and seeking necessary approvals.
- Organise and participate in local and overseas marketing events, including open houses, roadshows, and school promotions in collaboration with agents, parents, and internal teams.
- 2–3 years of relevant experience, preferably in the education industry.
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in a relevant field.
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills with a cheerful and positive attitude.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Excellent written and spoken communication skills.

The Student Support Department (SSD) is looking for a qualified Student Support Teacher (SST) with previous experience in providing individualized student support to join our team of multidisciplinary professionals. This position involves providing individualized intervention (Tier 3) in order to increase students' level of academic engagement and social functioning.
Responsibilities
The job holder's responsibility for promoting and safeguarding the welfare of children and young person's for whom they are responsible, or with whom they come into contact will be to adhered to and ensure compliance with the relevant Cognita Safeguarding; Child Protection Policy and Procedures at all times. If in the course of carrying out the duties of the role, the job holder identifies any instance that a child is suffering or likely to suffer significant harm either at school or at home, they must report any concerns to the School's Designated Safeguarding Lead or to the Head or indeed to the Cognita Regional Safeguarding Manager so that a referral can be made accordingly to the relevant third party services.
Implement effective Tier 3 level behavioral and academic supports
- Establishes positive, safe, and trusting relationships with students of all ages, their families and teachers
- Provides intervention directly to students through explicit instruction and guided practice in order to foster independent school functioning throughout the school day
Regularly assesses students' level of independent functioning within the school environment

Qualifications
