- Keep workflow organised so that other animators and editors can take over seamlessly.
- must have knowledge of the various 2D/3D animation processes.
Requirements:
- Min. 2 years of experience in graphic design, motion graphics and 2D/3D animation.
- Possess professional experience in Adobe Creative Suite - Premiere Pro, After Effects, illustrator, Photoshop and 2D animation software like Toon Boom, CC Animate etc.etc.
- Possess at least ITE or Diploma in Graphic Design, Animation or Animation related fields
- Possess good time management and organisation skills

What will you do as an Digital Art Director?
We are seeking a talented and resourceful Associate (Digital Art Director) to join our Brand and Marketing team within CAC, reporting to Head of Brand & Marketing in the department, led by our Director of Corporate Affairs and Communications.
In this role, you will act as the brand custodian, ensuring that all creative outputs align with GIC’s brand identity. You will collaborate closely with vendors, production teams, and fellow Corporate Affairs and Communications (CAC) team members to design, craft, and execute compelling creative visions for both internal and external collateral. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in branding, design, events, digital and campaign work, along with the ability to juggle multiple projects effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Serve as brand custodian to ensure all creative outputs are aligned with GIC’s brand identity
- Develop and maintain brand assets, ensuring consistency across platforms and materials
- Design and execute creative assets for social media, internal communications, websites, intranet, and digital applications
- Create event collateral (invitations, signage, promotional materials) for internal and external events and campaigns
- Present and articulate creative concepts to stakeholders clearly and confidently
- Collaborate with CAC team members and cross-functional departments to align creative direction with strategic goals
- Provide clear guidance and feedback to external vendors and agencies to ensure high-quality execution
- Apply user-centric design principles to digital platforms, contributing to UI/UX projects
What makes you a successful candidate?
- 3–6 years of experience in graphic design, branding, or digital design, ideally in-house or agency
- Strong portfolio showcasing visual identity and branding work across digital and physical formats
- Familiarity with Figma or Sketch and basic HTML/CSS knowledge
- Understanding of UX/UI design and accessibility best practices
- Strong organizational and communication skills to manage multiple projects and stakeholders
- Motion graphics and basic data analytics skills are a plus
