+ Retrieve and tender cargo from/to agents at the airport cargo terminals
+ Sort incoming/outgoing packages and splitting packages to X-ray machines, including retrieval of packages that required further inspection.
+ Prepare clearance documentations and verify receipt of cargo (if assigned)
+ Scan all import/export packages inclusive all packages that gone through X-ray machine.
+ Break bags packages into UPS air bags
+ Load and unload packages from company vehicles
+ Fork pallets and irregulars for sorting or breakdown
+ Manage contractors assigned to assist loading and unloading processes
+ And any other duties assigned from time to time
**Job Requirements**
+ Secondary education or equivalent preferred
+ Possess class 3 driving license would be an advantage
+ 1 - 2 years relevant experience preferred
+ Able to carry packages up to 30kg
+ Must be able to write and speak simple English
+ Willing to work on shift

+ Key entry of shipment information
+ Upload shipment and information records to mainframe
+ Auditing paperwork, printing barcode and scanning of paperwork into IDIS
+ Ensure on-time and accuracy of key entry
+ Administrative duties and housekeeping of paperwork
+ Verifying and auditing of discrepancy report.
+ Any other duties assigned from time to time
+ Call / email customer to obtain missing documentation
**Job Requirements:**
+ Possess at least GCE 'O' or 'N' Certificate
+ Preferably with 1 - 2 years of relevant experience
+ Team player; able to work independently with minimum supervision
+ Computer literate; typing speed of 40wpm
+ Willing to work evening shifts of 6-10pm (UPS House), 5-9pm (Hub)
+ Willing to work on 1 Saturday of each month from 4-8pm (UPS House)
+ Willing to work overtime and/or on Public Holidays when required. If there is any pickup on public holidays, team members will take turns to work on the public holiday within the year.
+ Work location will alternate between 22 Changi South and Airport Cargo Road.
