**Job Description**
+ Manage full life-cycle recruitment including developing search strategies, actively sourcing candidates, pre-screening, interviewing and presenting qualified candidates to hiring managers, negotiating offers and facilitating the hiring and on-boarding process.
+ Responsible for developing, recommending and executing recruitment strategy with decision makers to ensure a successful candidate search within the identified time frames.
+ Proactively direct source for talent through social media, employee referrals, competitive intelligence/research, sourcing tools and other innovative channels
+ Build relationships and communicate consistently and proactively throughout the recruitment process to ensure all participants in the hiring process are updated and well informed.
+ Create a positive candidate experience (for both the selected and non-selected candidates) throughout the entire recruiting process.
+ Ensure all open requisitions and candidate activities are captured in the applicant tracking system (SmartRecruiters) in a timely and accurate manner
+ Assist in organizing and delivering engaging activities for career fairs, school visits, and outreach events to promote the company's early careers programs and attract future talent.
+ Coordinate with schools, colleges, and universities to schedule events, maintain partnerships, and support initiatives that inspire students to explore careers in the industry.
**Qualifications**

+ 5 years of experience in Recruitment/ TA ideally in an international company, with a focus on Engineering or related fields
+ Prior experience in managing early careers program is an added advantage
+ Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholder relationships up to a senior level to influence and positively challenge existing thinking
+ Experience working with Workday/Smart Recruiters would be an asset
+ Ability to work with business independently
+ Strong written, verbal communication and presentation skills
