Job Summary
Warehouse Support is responsible for receiving, storing, and distributing finished goods and raw materials. This role involves maintaining inventory accuracy and assisting in the smooth execution of day-to-day warehouse activities in compliance with all safety regulations.
Role and Responsibilities
1. Housekeeping:
a) Perform daily cleaning for all MHE to prevent dirt and pellet debris.
b) Always keep the warehouse clean, organized, and following safety guidelines and protocols.
2. Material Handling Equipment (MHE):
a) Able to operate Forklift, Reach Truck and VNA Truck safely and efficiently.
3. Import Activities:
a) Perform receive incoming shipments of goods, verify their accuracy against Put-away Document(PAD), and inspect for damages.
b) Perform unload incoming raw materials with standard practice and ensure labels are accurately
affixed.
4. Export Activities:
a) Perform pre-loading inspection for all FCL, LCL, and Local Malaysia shipment to ensure outer appearance of FG was intact, container no. and seal no was tally and condition of container was seaworthy to loading.
b) Perform loading FG according to customer name, shipment number, items, and quantity to ensure completion of loading without any discrepancy.
5. Picking & Put-away:
a) Perform picking and packing orders for shipment, ensuring goods are accurately pulled and packaged for delivery.
b) Perform put-away raw materials and finished goods by following standard practice such as physical location and quantity must tally with system.
6. Issue RM Support Production:
a) Able to liaise with production and issue Raw Material to support on time based on a MO picking list.
7. Inventory Management:
a) Perform routine stock checks and assist in conducting periodic physical inventory counts.
8. Administration:
a) To ensure proper documents have been received and understood the work content in order before performing warehouse daily activities.
9. Safety Compliance:
a) Always follow the safety procedures to maintain a hazard-free and compliant warehouse
Education Qualification & Work Experience
Job Requirements :
• Min Secondary 4 / GCE ‘N’ or ‘O’ / Nitec or equivalent.
• revious experience in a warehouse or logistics environment is a plus.
• F miliarity with warehouse Material Handling Equipment (MHE). Must possess valid Singapore forklift license

- Answering any queries from centre supervisors regarding use of the products
- Logging any issues that cannot be resolved in a ticketing system and escalating to the relevant resolver group.
- Floor-walking in peak periods managing your time between a number of marking centres in Singapore to provide support to those centres who may need it most.
Working with Helpdesk, the wider Technical Ops teams and Development teams. This will also require liaison with a third party who will host the solution from Singapore and a third party who will provide the scanning solution and service.
Technical configuration and exam session preparation
- Working with both the customer and internal teams to ensure that the data and application are set up to deliver the exam session.
- Ensuring that the correct monitoring is in place

Out of hours on call
