Job Description
• Reporting to Sales Director, develop new customer base in Singapore with a strong focus on industrial, chemical, pharmaceutical segment as well as oil and gas applications for fluid transfer components and systems
• Sales channel – partners and distributors development and management.
• Maintaining service relationship and ensuring customer satisfaction (channels, end user, system integration, OEMs).
• Developing and executing sales plan.
• Independently develop and follow up on running projects closely.
• Document the sales activities in CRM system. Support all marketing activities not limited to exhibitions and social media.
• Regular feedback about market trends and received competitors' activities, information/analysis.
Requirements:
• Degree in Engineering (Mechanical or Mechatronics)
• 3 years of experiences in technical sales, channel development and management.
• Hands on experience in fluid mechanics industry eg. Instrumentation, valve, fluids couplings. Engineers keen in a sales career are welcome to apply as well.
• Experience in the Chemical/Pharma/Petrochemical/Oil & Gas industry advantageous
• Team player, self-motivated, proactive and able to work independently.
• Proficient in computer knowledge (Microsoft Office)
• Knowledge in CRM system and Auto-Cad would be a plus.
• 5-day work week, 1 day work from home

**Requirements:**

+ Possess extensive industry contacts as well as a successful sales track record in Asia Pacific region
+ Experience in Oceania region will be advantageous
+ Display good business acumen, strategic agility and leadership qualities
+ Communication skills - both written and verbal - are vital perquisites
+ Fluency in Asian languages other than English is advantageous
+ Prior knowledge of nacelles and composite structures is a plus
