We're looking for an Account Manager to join our Commercial team, drive revenue through the acquisition of new accounts, increasing wallet share of existing accounts, and collaborating with service teams to maintain a high level of client satisfaction.
What You'll Be Doing
You will be hunting leads and farming existing clients, measured by the number of newly acquired jobs from both books, and ultimately revenue from Startups and SME clients. The role will demand face-to-face interaction and expect you to build valuable relationships with clients at various levels.
In this role, you will:
  • Grow the business by acquiring new hiring partners, measured by total newly acquired companies, jobs, and revenue from new clients
  • Grow the business by expanding the share of wallet from existing clients, measured by total new jobs and revenue from existing clients
  • Cross-sell various Glints' products and services across our offices within Southeast Asia
  • Collaborate with the Sales Development team to effectively acquire the requisite number of leads
  • Collaborate with the other sales teams such as Recruiters and Product Marketing to effectively meet the company's strategic objectives in terms of sales, profit, and growth targets.

Who We Are Looking For
  • Min. 2 years of working experience in B2B service sales and/or account management (preferably with EOR / HR Outsourcing background)
  • Proven track record of exceeding or high achievements in individual targets in terms of closing deals and gaining revenue, either in sales, account management, or similar function
  • Great organisational skills with the ability to prioritise, and is able to forecast accurately ( at least 2 quarters ahead )
  • High attention to detail, with a process and solution-oriented mindset

Qualifications
  • Strong knowledge of the capital markets industry, particularly in real estate segment
  • 10 - 15 years of experience in Singapore's finance industry, particularly in sales, fundraising or distribution-related roles in MAS-regulated financial institutions. Prior investment-related experience will be valued
  • Possess a strong network of institutional, family office, and ultra-high-net-worth clients
  • Strong knowledge of investment structures and ability to communicate complex, abstract, and/or difficult messages in a simple and clear manner
  • Self-driven team player who is result-oriented
  • Strong written and communication skills
  • Good university degree preferably in area of finance, accounting or banking

Position Overview

As an Investment Funds Services Relationship Manager, you will manage a portfolio of client relationships, focusing on our suite of Investment Funds Services products in Singapore and the region, serving clients in Wealth Management, Private Banking, Fund Platforms, and Banking sectors. Your goal is to enhance service quality, drive revenue growth, and develop your industry contacts. You will be a vital member of a regional team, contributing significantly to Deutsche Börse Group's overall strategy.

Responsibilities
  • Manage and develop client relationships in the region.
  • Resolve contractual, commercial, or operational issues to satisfaction.
  • Prepare and implement documentation complying with internal standards, including KYC, credit facilities, and legal requirements.
  • Coordinate and deliver client visits and presentations.
  • Convert prospects into satisfied clients efficiently.
  • Promote fund products to maximize coverage and client engagement.
  • Create account plans for clients, positioning our value proposition as a market leader.
  • Understand clients’ business situations.
  • Support regional sales leadership and team efforts to grow the funds business in Singapore and Southeast Asia.
  • Represent Deutsche Börse at external events and industry forums.
  • Build relationships with key stakeholders and influencers.
  • Organize regional client events.
  • Stay updated on market trends, industry developments, and competitors.
Candidate Profile
  • Degree in Economics, Business Administration, Finance, or related field.
  • At least 6 years of experience in finance or asset management, preferably in sales or business development.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Experience managing large, strategic client relationships.
  • Knowledge of banking products and fund industry processes.
  • Excellent organizational and teamwork skills.
  • Independent, results-oriented, and curious mindset.
  • Willingness to travel frequently.
  • Proficiency in English; Mandarin, Cantonese, or other Asian languages are advantageous.
  • Singapore CMFAS certifications (Modules 1B and 6A) preferred.
