Primary Responsibilities:
+ Understand local key trading positions in crude, clean products, fuel oil, NGL, LPG, renewables and coordinate local market analysts' work to suggest/evaluate required analysis to ensure all aspects of a trade position is understood.
+ Coordinate development and maintenance of supply and demand models for the Heavies group and understand other supply / demand models supported by other commodity strategists. This involves working closely with Trading to understand the market trends, incorporate downtime, seasonal cycles, macroeconomic variables and utilize import/export data to ensure models are accurate and accepted by trading.

Sales Operations Coordinators optimize the effectiveness of the District Sales team by engaging in activities that support our sales processes and strategies. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
+ Qualify sales leads utilizing reporting and analytics tools.
+ Engage in pre-sale engagement activities for target customers prior to Sales engagement.

+ Support pricing manager and supervisor for RFQ handling, analysis, distribution, collection and submission.
+ Maintain the most updated PST for the assigned lanes as well as all requested tariff
+ Oversee SPOT quote & RFQ on all lanes.
+ To reply on requests with quotes within 24 hours, if any delay in receipt of rates, an interim email to respective person.
+ Quotes to be prepared using the Quoting Database or Approved Quote Format as per company policy.
+ To keep good relationship with Sales, Customer Service and to collect feedback for each and every quote.
+ To gather as much information as possible (carrier's name, transit time, services used) to be able to quote better and get a high closing ratio

**The Sales Operations Manager will implement best-in-class and future oriented tools, processes, policies and guidance to enable the APD Commercial teams to achieve operational excellence and commercial success. In addition, they will lead on the external partner communications order flow, delivery scheduling and seasonal critical milestones.**
There will be a heavy focus on Go to Market (start to finish), Wholesale Revenue Forecasting, Reporting and Analytical hind sighting. There is a need for a clear focus on optimizing Sales Critical Operations including but not limited to processes (process development, process improvement, process execution) and strong understanding of the interconnectedness of adjacent functions and the need for strong collaboration and coordinating key sales functions (Product Merchandising, Marketing, CS, Credit, Finance, Distribution Centres).
**Scope of responsibility**
+ Build consistent process, tools and templates to be leveraged internally and externally for APD.
+ Build and refine a consistent Sales tracking and forecasting tools to allow for data led and impactful pre-season and in-season inputs.
+ Lead interface with Customer Service team to maintain a rigorous and accurate budget and net sales forecasting process.
+ Liaise between Customer Service & Distributors to ensure seamless partnership & timely shipment of goods from factories to partners.

+ Lead the seasonal APD GTM inputs, covering forecasting, margin and pricing analysis.
+ Seasonal Order Management Process: Key date calendar creation/circulation, prepare order upload templates for footwear, apparel, and accessories, oversee sample readiness, monitor article master creation/updates in preparation for seasonal buys, monitor readiness dates alongside hard launch dates/GTM calendar, and collaborate with Sales/Planning/CS teams.
+ Prepare and support markets for margin sign-off process, icon management, GTM story adherence, inventory health, and sell thru analysis.
+ Foster relationships with finance and customer service teams for top-line management, while empowering the team to manage day-to-day in market relationships with CS and Product Supply.
+ Ensure Master data/customer master maintenance & integrity.
