Job Description
• Analyze, plan and develop requirements and standards in reference to scheduled projects
• Work with system architect and pre-sales team to implement IT/OT systems and network infrastructure solutions in on-premise, cloud/GCC or hybrid environments and be able to articulate and document the solution
• Work, liaise and lead inter-disciplinary technical team and stakeholders to design, implement and verify solutions to meet project requirements for performance, availability, resilience, security, manageability, maintainability and compliance.
• Determine and define clear deliverables, roles and responsibilities of technical engineers in a project to ensure all are actively working toward established milestones and ensure work is completed on time.
• Attend customer meetings, report regularly on progress and monitor project schedule.

Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT or related with at least 10 years of working experience in IT projects.
• Experience in large scale system integration environment preferred.
• Strong understanding and good knowledge in IT system infrastructure solutions.
• Conversant in multiple system products and solutions including server, database, storage, virtualisation / cloud infrastructure, backup solutions, automation etc.
• Knowledge and hands-on experience in:
1. Windows Server OS, Linux OS in a virtual environment
2. Virtualisation and Hypervisors including Nutanix
3. VPN, firewall appliances
4. Load balancers, network switches/routers

Verify the receipt of all relevant certifications, correspondence, documents, drawings, and financial records are maintained for each project.
Provide technical support as needed to other departments within the organization to ensure project cohesion.
Conduct comprehensive project analysis and produce clear progress reports for management as required, facilitating informed decision-making.
Understand and define the limits of the project scope of work, including the criteria for initiating a change order.
Knowledgeably identify the notice requirements for constructive changes, project delays, or acceleration needs throughout the project's timeline.
Determine job pricing strategies (including fixed price, T&M, GMP, etc.) that align with project goals and client expectations.
Be familiar with project closeout requirements to ensure successful completion and client satisfaction.
Understand the terms outlined in the contract or performance period to maintain compliance and avoid disputes.
Comprehend the process for contract amendments and change orders as specified in the relevant agreement.
Conduct the pre-job meeting effectively to ensure all team members understand project objectives and roles.
Invite all relevant project team members to the pre-job meeting (including Operations Manager, Operations Reporting Controls, and Safety personnel).
Prepare and distribute an agenda prior to the pre-job meeting to maximize productivity.
Review the minutes from the pre-job meeting and circulate them to all attendees to ensure clarity on decisions made and actions assigned.
What we look for:
Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Power, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field with minimum of 5 years of extensive experience in construction, design, and cost management as an Electrical/Mechanical Project Manager or a similar role in a Commercial, Institutional, and Industrial setting.
Possessing knowledge of HVAC systems is required.
Proficiency in AUTOCAD, REVIT, Microsoft Office Suite (Project, Word, Excel, Outlook, Visio, and PowerPoint), along with estimation software (Accubid & MEP).
Experience in managing large commercial, institutional, and industrial projects valued at N10 million and above is preferred.

Service Management

IT Security Management

Job DescriptionThe incumbent will be supporting the programme management function in a new MSc programme targeting adult learners. This programme is helmed by the NUS Business School (MSc Programmes Office).
The duties and responsibilities are as follows:
Overall Programme Management- Ensure that the programme runs smoothly and effectively, keeping the needs of adult learners in mind while maintaining the integrity of the programme and at the same time, aligning with the SOPs set for the rest of the MSc programmes.

- Compile marks and Board of Examiners’ reports and process learners’ requests.
- Data Preparation for the Student Feedback System.
- Compile the feedback reports for the MSc Programmes Office and Academic Director, and monitor follow-ups, if any.
- Work closely with the other units within the MSc Programmes Office on office projects and events.
- Other duties as assigned by MSc Programme Director and MSc Associate Director.
- Bachelor degree from a reputable institution, with at least 5 years of relevant working experience in managing academic programmes in tertiary institutions. Having experience in working with and managing adult learners will be a big plus.
- High level of written and oral communication skills.
- Experienced, confident and effective working in cross-cultural settings.
- Meticulous with an eye for detail and a keen appreciation of good documentation.
- Ability to manage multiple and competing tasks and deadlines well, and with a high degree of accuracy.
- Team player with a good combination of high intelligence, emotional and cultural quotient.
- IT savvy, with good knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications.

You will be managing and executing multi-channel strategies involving marketing and communications campaigns and initiatives. Reporting to the Head of Project Marketing, the primary goal is to promote and build ERA brand affinity, increase internal and external customer engagement, improve marketing ROI, and ensure the effectiveness and efficiency of campaigns to support ERA's business and growth, especially in the realm of new project sales. You should have experience working with commercial and functional teams to leverage content and localize and implement marketing activities. You will need to collaborate with Social Media, Creative, PR and other marketing verticals such as Events, Partnership, and Project Management.

Job Responsibilities:
Project Planning, Management & Execution
- Develop, own, and execute key Marcomm campaign projects while collaborating with cross-functional business units, external stakeholders, and third-party agencies/vendors to deliver value, and improve outreach and engagement.
- Develop 360-degree marketing and communication strategies, especially on digital, social and website content, to expand the digital footprint and brand awareness locally and regionally, including content marketing initiatives.
- Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets, ensuring efficient resource allocation.
- Manage Marcom deliverables and requirements for all internal and external communications for ERA events.
- Oversee and execute the overall marketing communications plan in order to improve ERA branding, customer engagement, and campaign ROI.
- Monitor project progress, troubleshoot issues, and ensure deadlines are met.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Manage projects for developing and producing deliverables such as creatives, print, digital, web, newsletters, and sales collateral using in-house or third-party vendors.
- Manage and support all ERA corporate communication and branding initiatives.
- Collaborate with various stakeholders to identify marketing needs, campaigns, and content.
- Support ERA's commercial and functional teams in communication initiatives.
Campaign Content Planning & Creation
- Develop and manage a content calendar to support marketing campaigns, brand awareness, and lead generation.
- Write compelling marketing copy for digital and offline channels, including social media, websites, direct messaging, advertisements, and sales collaterals.
- Work closely with designers, videographers, and other creative professionals to produce high-quality visual and multimedia content.
- Ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines, tone of voice, and campaign objectives.
Performance Tracking, Optimisation & Reporting
- Define KPIs and measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns.
- Analyze performance data, generate reports, and provide insights for optimization.
- Continuously refine marketing strategies based on data-driven decisions.
- Monitor market trends, opportunities, and insights to identify opportunities
- Identify process bottlenecks and propose solutions for more efficient project execution
- Bachelor's degree, preferably in Communications or Marketing.
- 4 to 6 years of experience in marketing project management, campaign execution, or a related role.
- Experience in delivering full marketing spectrum (ATL and BTL), with strong knowledge of marketing channels, including digital, social media, content, and events.
- Able to develop compelling messaging based on target segmentation, customer workflow, personas, and key purchase drivers.
- Proven experience managing multiple projects with strict deadlines.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Good knowledge of digital channels and metrics: web traffic, analytics, and content optimization are a plus.
- Able to prioritize and work under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with a variety of stakeholders
- Excellent project and time management skills. Capable of prioritizing, multitasking, and managing multiple projects in order to deliver measurable results.
- Enthusiastic about the Real Estate Industry is a plus
