Overview
We are looking for a Vice President – Acceptance Commercialization, to drive product commercialization and go-to-market execution of Mastercard’s Asia Pacific regional acceptance strategy.
Acceptance team is part of the Mastercard Asia Pacific Regional Team responsible for product management of payment acceptance products, increasing the overall footprint of our acceptance network and optimizing the use of our acceptance end-points. Acceptance products are all about enabling consumers at a point-of-sale (in person and online) environment, to make a purchase using payment form factors of their choice.

We need to change, innovate and move fast to become the number one payments technology company in AP. • 8 12+ years hands-on leadership of technology strategies, leveraging data and ML/AI to solve complex business problems and drive measurable impact in large, regulated environments.
• P oven track record influencing and aligning executives and cross-functional teams to deliver outcomes at scale.
• S rong communicator—executive presence, crisp storytelling, and the ability to translate complex technical concepts into actionable business strategy.
• Pri r experience in strategy, planning, or product roadmap management is crucial, as this role involves shaping strategic direction, rolling out capability roadmaps, and managing internal communications.
• H ghly competent problem solving and solutioning skills; able to demonstrate business need as well as technical solution discovery and design
• P oven experience in productionizing AI capabilities based on large datasets, and modern AI patterns (LLMs, RAG, vector databases, embeddings, prompt/response optimization, agents & tools).
• P actical understanding of evaluation and safety for AI/ML solutions (offline/online testing, adversarial testing, guardrails, telemetry, policy enforcement).
