Role
The Manager, Disputes & Experiences, SSO Product Management, will lead development and execution of Ethoca Consumer Clarity solutions in Asia Pacific (AP). Ethoca Consumer Clarity leverages a powerful network of digital merchants, to offer a range of solutions, which provide consumers with enhanced transaction information to improve transaction recogntion.
This jobholder will be responsible for:
1) Product leadership: The jobholder will be the subject matter expert and champion for Ethoca Consumer Clarity for the region. With a deep understanding of the solutions vis a vis other Mastercard products, customer behavior, market nuances and industry trends, they will drive the long-term growth of the category.
2) Product strategy & roadmap: Work closely with global product teams and AP SSO division leads to develop and deploy end-to-end go-to-market plans across key solution sets. This includes development of business cases, financial models, internal and customer-facing presentations, etc.
3) Cross-functional collaboration: Work effectively with functional support teams such as Operations & Technology, Franchise, Finance, Pricing, and Marketing to ensure full stakeholder alignment, process compliance and seamless & timely delivery of new products and enhancements in AP markets.
4) Sales enablement: Support market expansion and customer penetration activities by collaborating with the Ethoca Sales team, SSO Sales Business Leads, Account Managers and the broader Services community.
5) Product optimization: Drive optimization of products through thought leadership, product enhancements, and working closely with the broader Sales and Services community to enhance product differentiation, increase customer value and deepen customer engagements.
6) Performance management: Monitor performance of solutions and lead budgeting & forecasting exercises for the portfolio.
7) Performance metrics: The jobholder is expected to achieve annual revenue targets according to the operating plan, and launch new products or enhancements for Ethoca Consumer Clarity as per agreed timelines. They will also provide product management support for Ethoca Alerts and Mastercom solutions, where required.

• Proven experience in product management, ideally launching and/or scaling product/s in multiple markets. Experience in Fraud and/or Disputes Management, is an advantage.

Director, Product Commercialization – Consumer Payments & ALM Job Description:Reporting to the SVP Consumer Products and Processing Asia Pacific, this person is part of a collaborative team that drives commercialization of Mastercard’s key value-added services in Core Payments enabled by the Account Level Management Platform. This Director will work in close partnership with Regional Product & Global Product as the regional product expert for all services enabled by Account Level Management (ALM) including the ALM capabilities provided to the NEW Mastercard One Credential. This includes, but is not limited to Enhanced Value, Product Graduation, World High Value, Small Business Spend Processing, Affluent Shortfall, Commercial B2B Rate Manager. They will be the expert of technical specifications for on-boarding, management and on-going optimization within their region. This Director will bring strong business cases forward to the local Product Team & Country Managers and follow them through execution in partnership with the Global ALM Product Team having a dotted line of management into the Global VP of ALM. This Director will develop go-to-market strategies, lead sales enablement efforts and partner with colleagues in these regions to drive adoption and amplification of all ALM services as well as assisting in driving the growth of Mastercard One Credential in synch with the regional and global leads.
Job Responsibilities:
• Subject matter expert for ALM services and ALM support for the NEW Mastercard One Credential proposition, including but not limited to: Enhanced Value, Product Graduation Plus, World High Value, Small Business Spend Processing, Commercial B2B Rate Manager, Affluent Shortfall.
• Responsible for owning the GTM, sales enablement, adoption & optimization of ALM services and ensuring ALM support for Mastercard One Credential within their region.
• Accountable for all product launches by articulating technical capabilities, enabling stakeholder readiness, and serving as a liaison between customers, country managers, and internal local & global product teams to advocate for user needs and execute tasks on their behalf, if needed.
• Facilitate customer on-boarding by guiding users through the implementation of these services and coordinating the resolution of any setup-related issues through the appropriate support channels, including global Product & BizOps Teams.
• Deliver product presentations demonstrating customer level value to customers and regional stakeholders, articulating the strategic value of our capabilities within the ALM Platform.
• Conduct in-depth functional reviews to demonstrate service features and use cases, enabling both internal and external teams to effectively leverage all ALM services including Mastercard One Credential, identifying new use cases for existing platform capabilities.
• Provide ongoing regional support, ensuring customer access to relevant data and proactively communicating service availability and updates as new offerings are introduced.
• Maintain the customer pipeline of existing and new customers for each service including customer business cases and Mastercard revenue opportunities.
All About You
• Prior product management and/or development experience in a Bank or Payments company required.
• Strong Product Manager experience with demonstrated track record of driving continuous improvement and measurable results.
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments; comfortable managing all aspects of the product lifecycle.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a demonstrated ability to structure business cases, identify key insights, and create applicable strategies and/or recommendations.
• Effective communicator adept at building narratives that inform and persuade others.
• Comfortable in a global role; adapt personal work style to accommodate an ever changing, diverse group of stakeholders.
• Self-directed, strong collaborator, ability to work cross-functionally and manage through influence.
• Bachelor’s degree required.
