Key Responsibilities
- Ideate and create engaging videos, graphics and stories for our clients
- Manage and think of engaging ideas that will help the client's social media account grow
- Edit and produce high-quality short-form videos tailored for TikTok and Meta
- Cut, trim, and enhance footage for maximum engagement and impact

Requirements:

About the Role
We’re looking for a creative, resourceful Content Creator who can take ideas from concept to post — shooting, editing, and publishing content that drives engagement for our brands and clients. You’ll be behind the camera, on the tools, and plugged into what’s trending to create content that scales across multiple social platforms.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities: -
1. Content Ideation & Planning
- Collaborate with brand and marketing teams to brainstorm content ideas for campaigns, social media, and client activations.
- Research and track trends, hashtags, and formats that align with each brand’s tone and audience.
- Build simple storyboards or shot lists for planned shoots.
2. Shooting & Production
- Execute both planned and on-the-fly shoots using mobile devices, point-and-shoot cameras, and handheld gimbals (e.g., OSIM or similar stabilizers).
- Capture photo and video content in a variety of settings: product shots, lifestyle moments, events, and behind-the-scenes footage.
- Direct on-site shoots — from posing talent to staging products — to achieve brand-consistent results.
3. Editing & post-production
- Edit videos for Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and other social-first formats.
- Apply graphics, captions, sound, and effects to make content platform-ready and engaging.
- Repurpose existing assets into fresh, relevant content pieces.
4. Social Platform Savvy
- Understand the algorithms, formats, and content lifecycles of major social platforms.
- Monitor and review content performance and adapt creative approaches accordingly.
5. Client & Brand Uplift
- Work closely with Client Servicing teams to create content that elevates brand presence.
- Recommend scalable content formats they can replicate or adapt internally.
- Ensure all deliverables are aligned with brand guidelines and objectives.
Skills & Experience: -
- Proven experience creating social-first photo and video content.
- Proficient with mobile photography, point-and-shoot cameras, and gimbal/stabilizer setups.
- Comfortable with editing tools (e.g., CapCut, Adobe Apps or similar).
- Strong understanding of TikTok, Instagram Reels, and other short-form video ecosystems.
- Creative eye for framing, lighting, and storytelling.
