This role is responsible for providing exceptional customer service and administering various body treatments in a spa setting.

• Deliver high-quality massage and body treatments to clients, ensuring they receive the best possible experience.
• Develop strong relationships with clients by understanding their needs and expectations, and recommending personalized wellness services.
• Ensure a clean and organized environment, maintaining the highest standards of hygiene and tidiness in facilities and treatment rooms.

• Strong familiarity with massage therapy techniques, including foot massage, shoulder massage, and other modalities.
• Excellent communication skills, ability to work effectively as part of a team, and provide outstanding customer service.

Wellness Consultant (Sales Associate / Store Assistant)

Working Days: 5 days

Location: Ang Mo Kio Hub

Salary: $2000-$3000

Requirement:

• At least 1 year of experience in the health and wellness industry/ retail sales or high-end/luxury product sales
• Comfortable to work on weekends / Public Holidays

Job Scope:

1. Store Operations: Responsible for the daily operations of the retail store, including but not limited to product sales, customer service, product display, stocktaking, and administrative record-keeping;
2. Sales Targets: Achieve personal and team sales targets on a yearly, quarterly, and monthly basis as planned by the company;
3. Product Sales: Carry out daily retail sales, introduce and promote products to customers, and provide basic health advice;
4. Customer Outreach: Use various methods such as in-store sales, phone calls, WhatsApp, and online marketing to reach out to and maintain both new and existing customers;
5. Customer Service: Build and maintain customer management systems, improve customer satisfaction, and develop long-term clients.

6. Additional Responsibilities:
a. Recommend appropriate wellness products
b. Assist new team members in improving their sales and customer service skills;
c. Contribute to: identifying new market channels, planning sales campaigns, increasing sales revenue, improving customer retention

3. Guide and motivate sales team
4. Ensure outlet's operation is aligned with SOPs and Government regulations
5. Manage sales team and resolve dispute due to sales related issues in outlets
6. Maintain customer satisfaction and manage customer complaints
7. Lead the outlet staff in continuous learning and personal growth
8. Collaborate and build strong relationship with other departments/outlets

Job Requirements:

• Min 3 years of working experience in a related field.

• Good in leadership and daily operations planning.

• Posses a good sales initiative in selling and customer service.
