About Our Organization:
We have been providing support services to youths and families since 1996. Today, our team of trained professionals provide help through various programs and counseling services.
We work closely with partners such as schools, organizations, and parents, to provide educational and counseling services for at-risk youths.
Responsibilities:
- Provides administrative support including data entry, minutes taking, handling requests and queries, organizing appointments and meetings.
- Assists in preparing regular reports.
- Develops and maintains a filing system.
- Orders office supplies and researches new deals and suppliers.
- Assists in maintaining day-to-day operations and center maintenance.
- Liaises with partners and stakeholders on corporate services, finance, and facilities.
- Ensures compliance with organizational policies and procedures.
- Other duties assigned by supervisor
Requirements:
- Requires a Diploma in Social Work or any diploma but pursuing a Social Work degree.
- Preferably with 2-3 years of experience within the social service sector.
- Possesses good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Possesses a positive attitude and ability to work in a team.
- Proficient in Microsoft Applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Able to work under tight timelines.
- Able to work independently with minimum supervision.
- Excellent time management skills and ability to multitask and prioritize work.
