We are seeking a highly skilled Event & Retail Designer to conceptualize, plan and execute event setups and retail displays while managing multiple projects and collaborating with clients, vendors and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop creative concepts and design themes for events and retail environments
- Collaborate with clients, planners and vendors to ensure smooth project execution
- Liaise with in-house production and suppliers for materials, fabrication and logistics
- Prepare technical drawings, 3D visuals and production-ready files (3ds Max, SketchUp, AutoCAD, Adobe Suite)
- Ensure projects meet safety standards, quality benchmarks and are delivered on time
- Support production processes, including artwork and material preparation
- Manage multiple timelines effectively under senior supervision
- Maintain brand consistency across all visual deliverables
Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree in Design, Interior, Architecture or related field
- Proficient in 3D & technical design software (3ds Max, SketchUp, AutoCAD, Adobe Suite)
- Strong communication and project coordination skills
- Able to multitask and manage tight deadlines
- Team player with a proactive attitude
