We are seeking an experienced, motivated, hands-on Product Marketing & Growth leader to define and execute our go-to-market strategy. As an early team member, you’ll balance strategic ownership with hands-on execution. In the near term you’ll work across channels, messaging, and growth experiments; over time, you’ll hire and lead a team as we scale. This is a high-leverage role for someone who wants to shape category perception, instrument the growth engine, and work alongside the founders. Key Responsibilities

  1. Product Marketing (PMM) Core:
    • Define the Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) and priority segments. Turn insights into clear messaging, value props, and proof points.

What We’re Looking For

  • 8+ years in B2B SaaS across Product Marketing and Growth. At least 3 years in a leadership role at a high-growth startup.
  • Demonstrated success in building and scaling GTM functions from scratch, ideally in the US / EU.
  • Deep understanding of SaaS metrics, sales cycles, and demand generation best practices.

Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced, motivated, hands-on Product Marketing & Growth leader to define and execute our go-to-market strategy. As an early team member, you’ll balance strategic ownership with hands-on execution. In the near term you’ll work across channels, messaging, and growth experiments; over time, you’ll hire and lead a team as we scale. This is a high-leverage role for someone who wants to shape category perception, instrument the growth engine, and work alongside the founders. You will be employee #5 with founder-level scope and ownership.
Key Responsibilities
Product Marketing (PMM) Core:
Define the Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) and priority segments. Turn insights into clear messaging, value props, and proof points.
Own positioning, narrative, and story across website, sales materials, demos, and PR.
Build pricing and packaging hypotheses. Test, measure, and iterate.
Launch playbooks for features and bundles. Drive adoption and activation.
Growth & GTM:
Design the full funnel: awareness, acquisition, activation, engagement, expansion, and referrals.
Run rapid experiments across channels: content, communities, influencers, partnerships, outbound, events, and paid.
Stand up the analytics stack and dashboards for CAC, LTV, payback, conversion rates, and pipeline velocity.
Build and manage a predictable pipeline with simple, repeatable playbooks.
Enable the founders and early sellers with pitch narratives, demo flows, objection handling, and case studies.
Partner with Customer Success to create tight feedback loops and expansion paths.
Translate data into action: who sticks, why they upgrade, what to double down on.
Partnerships & Distribution:
Identify and develop GTM partners in priority verticals (mobility, logistics, professional services).
Explore distribution with WhatsApp-centric communities and tool ecosystems that our users already trust.
What We’re Looking For
8+ years in B2B SaaS across Product Marketing and Growth. At least 3 years in a leadership role at a high-growth startup.
Demonstrated success in building and scaling GTM functions from scratch, ideally in the US / EU.
Deep understanding of SaaS metrics, sales cycles, and demand generation best practices.
Hands-on experience with CRM, marketing automation (HubSpot, Marketo, or equivalent), analytics platforms (Mixpanel, GA4, Looker), and growth channels (paid, SEO/SEM, lifecycle).
Experience selling to business owners, founders, and SMBs (Enterprise clients is a plus).
Excellent communication, leadership, and analytical skills.
Entrepreneurial mindset: scrappy, data-driven, and comfortable with ambiguity.
