Responsibilities
To lead a current team of individuals and partner with key business units to enable and drive data- driven decisions
Lead and deploy various marketing modelling and measurement tools and approaches for greater accuracy, including AI- powered.
Use AI and machine learning tools for better insights into marketing spend, returns, clients, markets as well as areas of improvement
Continuously support product and revenue teams with regular insights from marketing campaigns to enhance their approach to revenue and market expansion
Ensure strong data governance and compliance.
Qualifications
A relevant qualification in marketing or finance and at least 12+years of working experience in marketing analytics
A proven track record in data science and analytics, with prior success stories in supporting business and commercial decision making
Strong experience in MTA, MMM, and AI/ML applications in marketing analytics necessary
Experience in using Google marketing platform, AWS, AppsFlyer and etc.
Ability to multitask and work in a fast driven environment.
Excellent written and spoken English, and strong presentation skills required

Job Description
The role will function as the Singapore digital subject matter expert to drive Performance Marketing Outcomes for PFS and to drive Marketing Operations efficiency.
To work primarily with both the broader PFS marketing team and key stakeholders in the digital and retail space (marketing, mobile and digital, business analytics, etc) and with key external media and media agency partners.
To help leverage UOB’s investment in marketing technology so that marketing can deliver tangible business outcomes from their marketing investment.
This role is also responsible for marketing KPIs and will be the subject matter expert for marketing’s SEO strategy, digital media buying, media optimization, driving strong marketing analytics via internal partners, all to drive quality and cost efficiency and budget management of campaigns across in PFS.
This role will continually improve the operational efficiency of the marketing function by reviewing and improving processes and use of technology.
These responsibilities will be achieved through an understanding of key business drivers, the process of campaign development and campaign management, budget management and controls, workload and capacity optimisation.
Requirements
8+ years in a marketing role
Able to think strategically but also execute end-to-end
Direct experience in using and implementing Marketing Technology tools such as the Adobe stack (AA/AT/AAM) or equivalent from other vendors, AppsFlyer, GA and key media targeting tools from Google/FB.
Financial services experience preferred
Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
Experience in budget and workflow management
Solid experience in performance marketing
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Excellent attention to detail, organised
