The Role
The Vice President of Finance (or Head of Finance, depending on experience) will be a key member of the executive leadership team, reporting directly to the CEO and partnering closely with the board and investors.

Key Responsibilities

Job Requirements
5 - 6 years of working experience in Finance/Audit, preferably from the financial industry or Big 4.
Experience in usage of data analytics for audit or assurance work and/or implementation of the BCBS 239 principles will be a strong plus.
Excellent communication skills (verbal, written and presentation) to deliver timely assurance reports to senior management and stakeholders.

The role also serves as a key liaison with regulators, ensures the accuracy and timeliness of financial disclosures, and supports the board and audit committee in fulfilling their fiduciary responsibilities.

The ideal candidate is a qualified finance professional with deep expertise in HKEX Listing Rules, public company reporting, and internal control over financial reporting (ICFR). Experience in IPO readiness or post-IPO governance is highly desirable.

Overview
VP/Director, Aviation Finance (Corporate Bank) role at Randstad Singapore. Our client is an established regional bank seeking an Aviation Finance Specialist at the VP/Director level to join its team in Singapore.
Responsibilities
Build and deepen relationships with airlines, leasing firms and aviation-related institutions in Asia Pacific.
Lead transaction discussion, structuring, negotiation and execution; from origination to pitch book preparation, term sheets, credit applications, KYC, documentation, etc.
Collaborate with HQ and contribute to shaping the strategic direction and expansion of the Aviation Finance Desk in the region.
About the team
Part of a stable and lean team, this role will report into the Head of Department focused on Transportation deals.
Qualifications & skills
Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field.
10+ years of related Aviation / Aircraft Finance experience.
Comfortable building financial models and cash flow projections.
Good communication skills to liaise with internal and external stakeholders.
