Job Description:

  • Plan and coordinate daily and long-term vessel schedules to ensure cost-effective, efficient service delivery.
  • Collaborate closely with account managers to manage vessel resources and operational support. Maintain clear communication to ensure stable and consistent operations.
  • Lead and manage a work boat of 12-person operations team comprising 4 workboat crew members, 2 engineers, and 6 ROV operators. Provide clear direction, assign tasks, monitor performance, and ensure alignment with operational goals.
  • Maintain regular communication with workboat captains and crew to update them on job schedules, deployment timelines, and task priorities. Ensure readiness and smooth execution of operations on water.
  • Coordinate with onboard engineers and ROV operators to ensure equipment readiness, preventive maintenance, and operational support for underwater missions and inspections.
  • Monitor vessel status and performance in real time. Provide timely updates, identify operational bottlenecks, and support efforts to improve turnaround and service efficiency.
  • Act as the primary point of contact with contracted or in-house diver teams. Coordinate joint operations, ensure safety compliance, and align schedules to support seamless underwater work execution.
  • Monitor vessel movements and operational activities in real time. Track progress, resolve issues promptly, and provide regular updates to management. Compile detailed weekly and monthly reports with performance data and analysis.
  • Address operational disruptions promptly, including manpower issues, adverse weather, and regulatory constraints. Respond to emergencies, initiate contingency plans, and ensure continuity of services.
  • Manage routine vessel administration including documentation, insurance, annual inspections, vessel performance tracking, and supply logistics. Ensure full compliance with port and maritime regulations.
  • Prepare accurate weekly and monthly operational reports. Organize and analyze performance data to support continuous improvement and management decision-making.
