- Act as the primary point of contact with contracted or in-house diver teams. Coordinate joint operations, ensure safety compliance, and align schedules to support seamless underwater work execution.
- Monitor vessel movements and operational activities in real time. Track progress, resolve issues promptly, and provide regular updates to management. Compile detailed weekly and monthly reports with performance data and analysis.
- Address operational disruptions promptly, including manpower issues, adverse weather, and regulatory constraints. Respond to emergencies, initiate contingency plans, and ensure continuity of services.
- Manage routine vessel administration including documentation, insurance, annual inspections, vessel performance tracking, and supply logistics. Ensure full compliance with port and maritime regulations.
- Prepare accurate weekly and monthly operational reports. Organize and analyze performance data to support continuous improvement and management decision-making.
