● You have experience in building digital products with end-to-end delivery involvement including facilitating workshops, gathering requirements, usability testing, envisioning flows, and delivering hi-fidelity screens

● You have good communication skills to justify design rationale to stakeholders

● You have the ability to work collaboratively with engineers, business analysts and product owner to deliver and evolve features

● You have good problem-solving skills, are meticulous and detail-oriented

● You have strong design skills and proficiency in Figma, Maze, Dovetail and other design tools

● You have experience in using design systems to ensure scalability, efficiency and consistency

● You have a strong design portfolio that demonstrates your experience

● You believe in using technology for public good

Good to have:

● Preferably worked in the government or education sector

● Familiarity with accessibility and inclusive design principles

Key Responsibilities:

* Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD.

* Strong understanding of typography, color theory, layout, and visual hierarchy.

* Experience working with design systems and component libraries.

* Knowledge of responsive design principles and front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.

* Strong communication and collaboration skills.

* Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

* Familiarity with motion design tools like After Effects or Principle.

Drive the Front to Back Digital Transformation agenda of the Wealth Management (WM) division with design as an enabler
Deeply understand the jobs-to-be-done and motivations of WM Clients, Client Advisors and Operations colleagues
Maintain a good understanding of WM products and solutions and how they bring value to our clients
Work closely with markets and business SMEs to understand business needs, identify opportunities and use design to drive desired business outcomes
Develop design patterns for cutting edge technology such as Generative AI so they can add value throughout WM journeys
Rapidly iterate designs with users using tools such as journey maps, service blueprints or sacrificial concepts
Facilitate co-creation sessions to create a common vision, leverage expertise and be an advocate for user-centered design

Working in the Insights & Experience team within GWM S&I COO Front To Back Digitalization in Hong Kong, Singapore or Zurich, you will collaborate with a talented team of designers, client insights experts, and stakeholders across functions, regions and seniority levels. You and your team are responsible to deliver meaningful business value by caring about our users, iterating relentlessly and implementing AI powered journeys.
Your expertise
3+ years of experience in crafting journeys, storyboards, wireframes, and prototypes that bring an experience to life quickly and iteratively
Proven track record of using design methods to understand users' jobs-to-be done and working with business stakeholders and engineers to create solutions to these problems
Expertise in core design skills including the creation of intuitive journey maps, service blueprints, design concepts that solve design challenges
Expertise in Figma with interest in exploring new tools and processes
Track record in the following will be a bonus
Designing for AI experiences
Driving conversion through analytics
Data Visualization – Visual storytelling with numbers
Front-end software development (Web or iOS)
Domain knowledge in Wealth Management/Financial instruments
Strong communication skills, both in team collaboration and written documentation
