As a QA Engineer, you’ll play a key role in ensuring the quality and performance of our software and hardware products, working across multiple teams to support a global ecosystem of gaming gear and companion software. Your work will directly impact the experience of millions of gamers worldwide by helping us deliver robust, high-performance, and reliable solutions.

NECESSARY SKILLS:

  • 2–3 years of experience in QA, test automation, or software/firmware validation.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
  • Ability to define and implement a test strategy in Agile/Lean teams.
  • Strong understanding of software quality processes and standards (e.g., ISTQB).
  • Proficient in designing, writing, and maintaining clear and effective test cases and test plans.
  • Experience identifying, reporting, and tracking bugs and issues through tools like JIRA, YouTrack, or similar.
  • Hands-on experience with manual and automated testing (desktop software or “heavy clients” is a plus).
  • Familiar with tools like Jenkins, GitHub, SquashTM.
  • Ability to work independently and with other testing teams across different region.
  • Excellent communication skills, with fluency in English (and preferably Chinese).
  • Comfortable collaborating across distributed, international teams.
  • Passion for gaming, audio, or consumer technology is a strong plus.

GOOD TO HAVE:

  • Experience automating UI or integration tests.
  • Knowledge of scripting languages (e.g., Python, JavaScript).
  • Familiarity with CI/CD tools and pipelines.
  • Understanding of performance or load testing tools.
  • Experience working closely with firmware or hardware teams.

WITHIN 1 MONTH YOU WILL:

  • Get familiar with our QA processes, tools, and software/hardware platforms.
  • Contribute to test execution and validation of upcoming features.
  • Collaborate with developers to understand systems under test.

WITHIN 3 MONTHS YOU WILL:

  • Design and maintain test plans for key product lines.
  • Independently drive test case creation, execution, and reporting.
  • Proactively identify and help fix product issues and quality gaps.

WITHIN 9 MONTHS YOU WILL:

  • Be a trusted QA owner for one or more product lines.
  • Lead test efforts across cross-functional teams.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of QA tools, strategies, and processes.

  • Manage product quality issues according to the requirements of the Quality System.

As a QA Engineer, you'll play a key role in ensuring the quality and performance of our software and hardware products, working across multiple teams to support a global ecosystem of gaming gear and companion software. Your work will directly impact the experience of millions of gamers worldwide by helping us deliver robust, high-performance, and reliable solutions.
**NECESSARY SKILLS:**
+ 2-3 years of experience in QA, test automation, or software/firmware validation.
+ Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
+ Experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
+ Ability to define and implement a test strategy in Agile/Lean teams.
+ Strong understanding of software quality processes and standards (e.g., ISTQB).
+ Proficient in designing, writing, and maintaining clear and effective test cases and test plans.
+ Experience identifying, reporting, and tracking bugs and issues through tools like JIRA, YouTrack, or similar.
+ Hands-on experience with manual and automated testing (desktop software or "heavy clients" is a plus).
+ Familiar with tools like Jenkins, GitHub, SquashTM.
+ Ability to work independently and with other testing teams across different region.
+ Excellent communication skills, with fluency in English (and preferably Chinese).
+ Comfortable collaborating across distributed, international teams.
+ Passion for gaming, audio, or consumer technology is a strong plus.
**GOOD TO HAVE:**
+ Experience automating UI or integration tests.
+ Knowledge of scripting languages (e.g., Python, JavaScript).
+ Familiarity with CI/CD tools and pipelines.
+ Understanding of performance or load testing tools.
+ Experience working closely with firmware or hardware teams.
**WITHIN 1 MONTH YOU WILL:**
+ Get familiar with our QA processes, tools, and software/hardware platforms.
+ Contribute to test execution and validation of upcoming features.
+ Collaborate with developers to understand systems under test.
**WITHIN 3 MONTHS YOU WILL:**
+ Design and maintain test plans for key product lines.
+ Independently drive test case creation, execution, and reporting.
+ Proactively identify and help fix product issues and quality gaps.
**WITHIN 9 MONTHS YOU WILL:**
+ Be a trusted QA owner for one or more product lines.
+ Lead test efforts across cross-functional teams.
+ Contribute to continuous improvement of QA tools, strategies, and processes.

Job Description

We are an established manufacturer of plastic and electronic components for the automotive industry, seeking a dedicated QA Engineer to ensure product quality, compliance, and continuous improvement across our production processes.

Job Description:

Plan, implement, and maintain quality assurance processes to meet customer and industry standards (e.g. IATF 16949, ISO 9001).

Conduct incoming, in-process, and final inspections of plastic and electronic components.

Lead root cause analysis and corrective/preventive actions for quality issues and customer complaints.

Support PPAP, FMEA, Control Plan, MSA, and other APQP activities.

Liaise with customers and suppliers on quality-related matters and audits.

Monitor quality KPIs and drive continuous improvement initiatives on the production floor.

Ensure proper calibration and maintenance of measuring instruments and testing equipment.

Prepare quality reports and documentation for internal and external stakeholders.

Job Requirements:

Degree or Diploma in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or related field).

Minimum 2-3 years of QA experience in the plastics and/or electronics manufacturing industry, preferably in automotive.

Familiar with automotive quality tools (PPAP, FMEA, 8D, SPC, etc.).

Strong understanding of ISO/IATF standards and customer quality requirements.

Detail-oriented with good analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
