Birmingham Academy is aggressively expanding and we are seeking a responsible Student Service Executive who will be supporting the processes of student's enrollment documentation. He/She will work and coordinate closely with the Admission Team.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in the processing of course applications according to EduTrust Guideline.
- Handling all operational matters relating to student course application
- Assist the Student Services Manager to ensure student recruitment agent files and data are kept up to date and filed in accordance with requirements.
- Handle student withdrawals and transfers including the collating of student withdrawal information.
- Manage Chinese parents/students enquiries and conduct pre-course couselling in Mandrain.
- Perform any other responsibility assigned by the reporting manager and the management team.
Requirement:
- Minimumly Bachelor degree or equivalent;
- Experience in school student services is highly advantageous
