Your key responsibilities

- Creating and maintaining Platform Implementation Roadmaps and provide hands on assistance with the detailed design and implementation approach of selected engagements

Skills and attributes for success
To qualify for the role you must have:
- An ability to define at an architectural and design level of detail, technical solutions aligned with client business problems
- More than 4years experience working with the ServiceNow platform including designing and implementing solutions, and fundamental understanding of the relevant key technologies
- Fundamental understanding of the key technologies relevant to the ServiceNow integration solutions including: SSO, SAML, SSL, SOAP/REST Web Services, LDAP, JDBC/ODBC; well versed in CSDM 3.0 framework and an understanding of popular coding languages.
- A keen eye for detail with strong problem-solving skills and an ability to think outside the box
- The ability to build strong and credible relationships with business and technical stakeholders at all levels of the business
- The ability to self-manage and develop skills independently while contributing to the capability set of the broader team
