Key Duties
Lead the company’s strategic growth, business development, and market expansion initiatives within the lifestyle, cultural, and metaphysical consulting sectors.

Educational Requirements

Residential and commercial Feng Shui
Environmental layout and design awareness

Appreciation, literacy, and understanding of traditional Chinese metaphysical principles (Bazi, Feng Shui, energy harmony) is foundational to the company’s identity. We will count on you to:

  • Play a senior role in project teams, lead and manage client facing Enterprise Risk Management projects; this will include conducting client interviews, running workshops or webinars, and delivering presentations.

  • Advises clients in developing and adjusting project approaches, methodology, and tools to support risk programs and initiatives
  • Builds and nurtures successful business/working relationships with clients to grow books

What you need to have:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent
  • At least 5 years of relevant working experience in consulting with a focus on enterprise risk management, risk identification and assessment, risk assurance and control testing
  • Prior experience at a consulting firm or insurance broker preferred
  • Knowledge of client's industry, broad knowledge of insurance and knowledge of the range of Marsh resources
  • Strong project management experience
  • Strong core consulting skillset e.g. analysis, risk management roadmap and implementation, written and verbal communication

They are seeking a
Strategic Client Advisor
to manage and grow public sector accounts in Singapore, focusing on strategic account management, relationship building, and revenue growth within the public sector.
About The Role
Reporting to the Client Director, your responsibilities include:
Managing assigned public sector accounts, ensuring excellent service and support.
Developing account plans to grow client portfolios through upselling, cross-selling, and solution expansion.
Leading strategic discussions to understand client challenges and propose relevant IT solutions.
Collaborating with delivery, technical, and solutioning teams for project execution and client satisfaction.
Driving financial planning and forecasting to meet revenue and profitability targets.
Monitoring industry trends, policies, and digital initiatives to adapt strategies.
Leading proposal development, pricing, and contract negotiations.
Skills and Experience
At least 7 years of experience in IT services sales or account management, preferably in large system integrators or consulting firms.
Experience with Singapore’s public sector procurement cycles and stakeholder landscape.
Strong strategic foresight, leadership, and communication skills with a proven ability to drive business growth.

Responsibilities
As a Manager/Senior within our Business Consulting Finance team, you will help to drive our Finance agenda forward and you will play an important role in shaping following selected areas:
Provide support and guide team in gathering data and information to understand the current-state processes through interviews and process walkthroughs with the client counterparts
Analyze, understand, optimize and/or (re-)design end-to-end Finance processes, including technology used
Prepare and support the automation of Finance processes using Robotic Process Automation, Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning
Lead research and collection of relevant information and knowledge from our internal resources to provide value-adding recommendations
Describe Finance Policies and improve Finance Data & Standards and work towards implementation of enhancements within Finance Performance Management
Determine the (digital) Finance strategy, design the Finance Operating Model and set up the Finance Governance to arm CFO offices for the future Finance Function
Work closely with Directors and Partners in proposal development
Qualifications
Degree in Finance or Accounting discipline, with at least 5-8 years of relevant experience as a Process Champion or Consultant
Equipped with knowledge on ERP systems and functionalities, as it relates to major Finance business processes such as order to cash, procure to pay, and record to report preferably within a consulting firm environment
Excellent written, communication, and presentation skills in English (additional local language skills are considered an asset)
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (especially in Excel and PowerPoint)
Prior experience of leading team for projects and pursuits
