The successful candidate will assist logistic operation including the warehouse, ensuring timely response to logistics-related issues and to assist with local delivery when required.
Responsibilities :
- Handle inbound and outbound logistic operation include arrange local delivery and arrange courier pick up
- Perform Receiving and Issuing of stocks timely and accurately with proper authorization and acknowledgment
- Picking and packing of products according to proper packing standard/requirements
- To maintain and ensure accurate & timely update and data entry of stock records into stock system (Autocount system)
- Handle warehouse daily operation and duties including periodic cycle, stock count to ensure physical inventories always tally with stock system and regular maintenance on racking system in warehouse
- Ensure all activities are always carried out in compliance with safety guidelines and requirements
- Maintain proper warehouse house-keeping & general warehouse duties
- Assist in Kanban walk check on packing material (OPP tape, pallet stretch film qty etc.)
- Assist in rework, quality control checking, labelling /relabelling of products etc.
- Assist in plan & manage yearly stock take & stock audit
- Other ad-hoc duties/projects as assigned
Requirements:
- Meticulous, Hardworking, and proactive
- Able to work independently and have great sense of responsibility
- Able to read shipping documents in English and able to have simple communication (verbal/write) in English is preferable
- Min. 1~2 years experiences in logistic/warehousing scope
- With fit physical condition that able to cope with pick & pack scope independently
- Experience with Autocount or SAP/ERP will be added advantage
- Forklift license is preferable.

This is a permanent position that involves managing inventory. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing cycle counts, identifying and investigating inventory issues, and monitoring slow-moving and obsolete stock items.
Key Responsibilities:- Perform physical inventory checks against system records to ensure accuracy and resolve any discrepancies.
- Monitor and record inventory levels to identify potential issues and prevent stock losses.
- Track items nearing expiry and update the relevant authorities accordingly.
- Manage the reconciliation of damaged and old stock efficiently.
- Handle store transfers and make necessary stock adjustments.
- Review processes with other departments to prevent stock losses.
- NITEC certification or equivalent.
- At least 2 years of related working experience.
- Proficient in Navision software (advantageous).
- Able to start immediately or within short notice.
