The Resident Technical Officer is a key role responsible for coordinating between the Board and the Project Contractor. This includes overseeing site acceptance tests, factory acceptance tests, and reviewing samples submitted by the contractor.
The RTO will also be responsible for checking the quality of materials delivered to site, reporting any non-conforming materials to the Board, and advising on appropriate actions to be taken.
