We are looking for a talented Digital Marketing Specialist with a strong grasp of both SEO and Paid Advertising. You will play a key role in building Haha&Co's digital presence, driving targeted traffic, and supporting our business growth in Singapore, Dubai, and other international markets.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Conduct keyword research to uncover organic growth opportunities in the luxury furniture and interior design space.
2. Optimize on-page elements: meta tags, internal links, header structure, HTML sitemaps, etc.
3. Monitor and report on key SEO metrics: traffic, ranking positions, CTR, bounce rate, etc.
4. Perform regular technical SEO audits: fix broken links, improve page speed, ensure mobile-friendliness, and optimize crawlability.
5. Collaborate with the content team to ensure SEO best practices are applied to blog posts, landing pages, and product listings.
6. Track competitors' SEO performance and identify backlink opportunities.
7. Maintain an SEO roadmap to track milestones and improvements.
Job Description (Paid Ads):
1. Plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram Ads, YouTube, etc.).
2. Develop keyword strategies and ad creatives that align with campaign objectives (traffic, lead generation, or sales).
3. Analyze campaign performance metrics (CPC, CTR, ROAS, conversion rates) and provide regular performance reports.
4. Manage audience targeting, remarketing lists, and budget allocations.
5. A/B test creatives and landing pages to improve ad performance.
6. Coordinate with the design team to create visuals for ads and campaigns.
Requirements:
• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in SEO and Paid Ads (agency or in-house)
• Proficient in tools like Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, SEMrush, Google Analytics, Google Search Console
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
• Able to manage multiple campaigns and priorities in a fast-paced environment
