• Develop creative landscape design concepts, master plans, and detailed drawings for residential, commercial, and public projects.
• Prepare design presentations, 3D visualizations, and technical documentation for clients and stakeholders.
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and site teams to ensure design intent is carried through to project completion.
• Conduct site visits, inspections, and provide design solutions to resolve on-site challenges.
• Liaise with clients, contractors, and relevant authorities for project submissions and approvals.
• Research and recommend sustainable design practices, plant species, and materials suitable for the Singapore climate.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations, including NParks , BCA , and other statutory requirements.
• Oversee tender preparation, evaluate quotations, and support cost estimation for landscape works.

• Diploma/Degree in Landscape Architecture or equivalent from a recognized institution.
• Minimum 2–5 years of relevant experience in landscape design and project implementation (experience in Singapore preferred).
• Proficiency in design and drafting software (AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, Photoshop, Lumion, etc.).
• Strong knowledge of horticulture, landscape materials, and construction details.
• Creative flair with attention to aesthetics, functionality, and sustainability.
• Good project management and communication skills to coordinate with multiple stakeholders.

Landscape Architect / Senior Landscape Architect

About the Role

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Senior Landscape Architect to join our expanding design and build team. This role is pivotal in delivering innovative and sustainable landscape solutions that integrate ecological design principles, meet client needs, and create long-term value across all project phases.

Key Responsibilities:

1) Design Leadership

• Lead concept development, design detailing, working drawings, and project presentations
• Integrate native species, water-sensitive urban design, and climate-positive materials into design solutions.
• Ensure compliance with planting standards, soil health, and ABC Waters / NParks requirements.

2) Project & Technical Delivery

• Collaborate with internal teams and external consultants to ensure seamless project delivery.
• Coordinate with stakeholders across all project stages to ensure design intent and quality outcomes are achieved.
• Conduct site visits to oversee design implementation and resolve technical challenges.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of green design processes and documentation standards.

3) Client & Advocacy

• Participate in client meetings and support pitches for new projects
• Advocate for the long-term ecological, social, and economic value of green and sustainable design.

4) Team Leadership & Mentorship

• Mentor junior team members and foster a collaborative and creative design culture.
• Share best practices in ecological detailing and sustainable construction.

5) Other Duties

• Perform additional responsibilities as required to support project and organisational goals.

What We're Looking For:

• Bachelor's Degree in Landscape Architecture or Architecture with a strong passion for ecological design
• 7–10 years of relevant experience in landscape design and project coordination (preferably in sustainable/green projects).
• Proven leadership with the ability to manage multiple projects independently from concept to completion
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, BIM (e.g., Revit), SketchUp, Photoshop, and Microsoft Office
• Strong freehand sketching and visual storytelling skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities to engage clients, consultants, and internal teams effectively.
• Valid driving license and access to a personal vehicle
• Willingness to travel for site visits, meetings, and project coordination

We are seeking a skilled Landscaping Specialist to lead our landscape design and coordination efforts. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing detailed design drawings and specifications, reviewing and coordinating tree & plants care design plans, and preparing landscaping progress reports.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Coordinate with consultants to ensure compliance with project requirements.
2. Review and coordinate tree & plants care design plans and standard operating procedures (SOPs) for landscape maintenance.
3. Prepare, monitor, and update landscaping progress reports.
4. Evaluate architectural and landscape designs from a horticultural perspective to determine the impact and provide recommendations.
5. Develop, modify, and review drawings for landscape architecture projects.

Requirements:
