As a Senior Security Assessment Specialist, you will play a critical role in safeguarding the internal security of Singapore by leading a team to counter security threats such as those posed by foreign subversive elements, spies, racial and religious extremists, and terrorists.
What You Will Be Working On
Analyse and assess complex cases of security interest, identify potential risks and threats, and develop effective solutions to address them in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders
Lead and manage a team, providing guidance and support to ensure efficient and effective operations, and foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement
Develop and implement strategies to improve team performance, including training and development programs, process improvements, and performance metrics
Build and maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including government agencies, law enforcement, and other partners, to ensure efficient and effective processing of cases of security interest
