The successful candidate will be expected to teach both undergraduate and postgraduate courses in applied mathematics, conduct high-quality research in computation-specific areas of optimization and its interactions with other domains, such as scientific computing and scientific machine learning, and promote interdisciplinary collaboration among the disciplines of mathematics, computer science, and engineering.
