- Provide functional and strategic support for the ERP platform during the transition period, ensuring stability and alignment.

The Modulus Project is at the cornerstone of Sanofi strategy as it aims at creating a new manufacturing concept consisting of a new generation of evolutive multi-product facilities, modular, adaptable and agile, leveraging new disruptive technologies, to better address vaccine business challenges as well as Specialty Care Biologics products. One of these two facilities is implemented in Singapore in a new Greenfield site, with a design identical to the one in Neuville (France). **Main responsibilities**
Supply Chain SAP Process Lead is responsible for providing comprehensive SAP support, with a focus on production-related modules, at our Tuas, Singapore manufacturing site. This role ensures the smooth operation of SAP systems, supports business users, and optimizes production processes through effective use of SAP.
**Operational**
+ Provide first-level technical support for SAP systems, particularly for production-related modules such as Supply Chain Management (SCM), Sales & Distribution (SD), Materials Management (MM), Quality Management (QM), Production Planning (PP), and Master Data Management (MDM).
+ Troubleshoot and resolve SAP-related issues in a timely manner.
+ Assist in maintaining the integrity and accuracy of master data across SAP systems.
+ Support reporting tools to helping users interpret data and resolve reporting-related issues.
+ Conduct SAP training sessions for newcomers and provide refresher training to existing users as needed.
**Site Coordination**
+ Act as Business System Owner (BSO) for patch and upgrade release testing with Global teams.

The Opportunity
Manufacturing Operations & Logistics Management:
- Oversee the scheduling of executable production operations, ensuring alignment with manufacturing demands and resource availability.

Ensure robust material flow to support continuous and efficient manufacturing processes.

Who you are
You should have a minimum 17 years of related working experience or equivalent with Degree in supply chain, logistics, science, business, engineering or other relevant discipline or equivalent. Graduate or higher-level Degree is preferred.
You should have at least 6 or more years’ of people management experience in managing direct and indirect workforce (>20 individuals).
You should have APICS, CPIM OR CIRM certification.
You should possess expert knowledge of supply chain management industry best practices and academic principles, practices and standards relevant to the pharmaceutical and cGMP environment as well as pharmaceutical materials management, logistics, purchasing and supply chain systems.

This leadership role is responsible for the strategic oversight and operational excellence of all material management activities within the Manufacturing Unit, ensuring the fulfillment of market demands and objectives set by the company. This includes, managing the scheduling of executable production operations, ensuring stringent cGMP compliance across all warehouse and logistics activities, and overseeing all procurement functions. The incumbent will drive efficiency, optimize inventory, foster strong supplier relationships, and contribute to the overall strategic planning of the site and network, ensuring seamless support for production operations.
The Opportunity
Manufacturing Operations & Logistics Management:
- Oversee the scheduling of executable production operations, ensuring alignment with manufacturing demands and resource availability
- Direct and optimize all warehouse and logistics activities, including receiving, storage, internal movement, and dispatch of materials, strictly adhering to cGMP standards
- Ensure robust material flow to support continuous and efficient manufacturing processes
- Provide strategic oversight of local procurement activities for manufacturing materials, site services, and capital purchases
- Drive contract negotiations with suppliers to secure favorable terms, quality, and delivery
- Develop and nurture strong, strategic relationships with key suppliers, fostering collaboration and risk mitigation
- Partner and coordinate with other Roche legal entities in the country for integrated procurement strategies and activities
- Provide strategic oversight of SAP Master Data management, ensuring data accuracy, integrity, and effectiveness for material management processes
- Leverage data analytics to identify trends, optimize inventory levels, and improve decision-making across material management functions
- Support commercial supply chain planning business processes, ensuring commercial supply and inventory plans are executable and communicated effectively to the Manufacturing Unit
- Lead and oversee the monitoring, analysis, and reporting of supply and inventory positions for the Manufacturing Unit, providing insights and recommendations to leadership
- Function as an escalation point for issues related to purchased materials or transferred materials from internal and external sources, driving timely resolution
- Partner with Global Planning and other site Leadership Team members to assess production plan feasibility, evaluate production scenarios, and optimize manufacturing schedules
- Collaborate with Strategic Planning to communicate the Manufacturing Unit’s capacity and assess capability for long-range plans, contributing to network-wide strategic initiatives
- You should have a minimum 17 years of related working experience or equivalent with Degree in supply chain, logistics, science, business, engineering or other relevant discipline or equivalent. Graduate or higher-level Degree is preferred
- You should have at least 6 or more years’ of people management experience in managing direct and indirect workforce (>20 individuals)
- You should have APICS, CPIM OR CIRM certification
- You should possess expert knowledge of supply chain management industry best practices and academic principles, practices and standards relevant to the pharmaceutical and cGMP environment as well as pharmaceutical materials management, logistics, purchasing and supply chain systems
- Ability to strategically collaborate across functions and geographies
