Role Overview:
This role will support all reporting aspects of the APCJ Digital Sales Organization, collaborating closely with sales management, sales operations, finance, and human resources to generate impactful insights. The ideal candidate will balance responsibilities across three core areas: conducting analytical functions to guarantee the quality, consistency, and efficiency of sales reporting; developing and implementing innovative operational metrics; and working directly with sales leadership to deliver insights that drive revenue growth. Success in this role requires a strong problem-solving orientation, analytical capabilities, and a proactive, hands-on approach to execution.

What You’ll Do:
- Act as primary Sales Operations business partner to Digital Sales Leadership in managing a high-performance sales organization
- Run reports to track monthly, quarterly performance of regional sales teams
- Proactively understanding the future needs and provide relevant insights, and build a roadmap
- Partner with sales leadership to define and monitor sales goals
- Ability to use and maintain diverse and ad-hoc operational data and formulate conclusions and suggestions based on findings
- Highlight operational issues based on data collection, and recommended alternative courses of action based on results of the analysis
- Own the development and implementation of new, relevant methods for data analysis to guide the sales organization about its own performance
- Provide actionable insights for leadership consumption
- Responsible for upholding F5’s Business Code of Ethics and for promptly reporting violations of the Code or other company policies.
- Performing additional duties as assigned.
- BA/BS degree in Finance, Business Administration or related field required, or equivalent level of experience.
- A minimum of 3 years validated experience within sales operations or comparative field, and/or financial analysis experience supporting a sales organization.
- 2+ years of experience using Tableau or other data visualization tools
- Experienced in business and data analysis skills including building reports, knowledgeable spreadsheets in excel, and databases to measure business performance
- Experience using Salesforce, Groove, LinkedIn Navigator, or other sales productivity tools
- Experienced in ability to draw concise, well supported recommendations based on detailed analysis of the given issue
- Perform written, verbal and quantitative skills
- Strong ability to work under time constraints and meet timelines
- General understanding of quota and compensation plan designs, tracking, and payments
- Experienced in all MS Office

This is a sales role which drives Funds Data Solutions & Multi-asset Analytics Solutions' gross sales by proactively developing and closing solutions sales opportunities across dedicated client portfolio, Fund managers, Asset Managers, Asset Owners, Banks' Risk Managers.
Sales Specialists are responsible for executing LSEG's strategy for growth and market differentiation. They work with and provide market insight to our Product Management and Account Management teams to support execution of this strategy.
Responsibilities you will perform:
- Generate new business by identifying new logos and up-selling / cross selling into existing clients
- Develop and execute clear strategies for targeting prioritized opportunities
- Structure, negotiate and close deals, ownership of the Refinitiv Investment & Advisory solutions offering across the designated region
- Grow LSEG's market share by proactively developing and deploying domain-based strategies in collaboration with market development and account management teams
- Act as a subject matter expert to act in support of Account Managers by focusing on sales for the Analytics proposition in the given territory. Lead on deals aligned to specific propositions and serve accounts within the defined territory. The role works in close partnership with internal stakeholders to proactively drive gross sales and revenue
- Focus on growth and responsible for gross sales within predefined portfolio of accounts or territory
- Proactively identify pipeline opportunities, governed by the Account Managers
- Develop the sales strategy for their proposition within their territory
- Deliver customer demonstrations on their specific propositions
- Promote insights relevant to customers’ workflow and act as a voice of the customer internally, feeding back their experiences
- Identify opportunities to raise to Account Manager for action and share insights to aid sales process
- Maintains accurate and up-to-date customer contact, engagement and opportunity data in the appropriate Client Relationship Management Systems
- Sales background with domain expertise within financial markets, preferably within the Funds Management field and/or financial analytics field
- Experience working with collective investments and knowledge of the industry
- Expertise in AI-powered solutions

- Conduct deep-dive analytics on customer service data to identify trends, bottlenecks, and opportunities.
- Apply techniques like cluster analysis , regression modeling , and statistical analytics.
- Monitor and report on KPIs , and propose strategies for improvement.
- Lead and mentor a team of data analysts.
- Set analysis standards and review outputs for accuracy and relevance .
- Promote best practices in business intelligence and collaborative problem-solving.
- Manage end-to-end analysis projects —from scoping and requirements to delivery.

- Advanced Excel (including macros).
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills .
- Clear communicator with strong presentation skills .
- Detail-oriented and organized; team-focused but capable of independent leadership .
- 3+ years of relevant BI/Data Analyst experience .
- 3+ years in people leadership or team management .
- Prior experience in fintech, financial services , or technology sectors is a plus.
