Role Overview:
This role will support all reporting aspects of the APCJ Digital Sales Organization, collaborating closely with sales management, sales operations, finance, and human resources to generate impactful insights. The ideal candidate will balance responsibilities across three core areas: conducting analytical functions to guarantee the quality, consistency, and efficiency of sales reporting; developing and implementing innovative operational metrics; and working directly with sales leadership to deliver insights that drive revenue growth. What You’ll Do:
- Act as primary Sales Operations business partner to Digital Sales Leadership in managing a high-performance sales organization
- Run reports to track monthly, quarterly performance of regional sales teams
- Proactively understanding the future needs and provide relevant insights, and build a roadmap
- Partner with sales leadership to define and monitor sales goals
- Ability to use and maintain diverse and ad-hoc operational data and formulate conclusions and suggestions based on findings
- Highlight operational issues based on data collection, and recommended alternative courses of action based on results of the analysis
- Own the development and implementation of new, relevant methods for data analysis to guide the sales organization about its own performance

- BA/BS degree in Finance, Business Administration or related field required, or equivalent level of experience.
- A minimum of 3 years validated experience within sales operations or comparative field, and/or financial analysis experience supporting a sales organization.
- 2+ years of experience using Tableau or other data visualization tools
- Experienced in business and data analysis skills including building reports, knowledgeable spreadsheets in excel, and databases to measure business performance
- Experience using Salesforce, Groove, LinkedIn Navigator, or other sales productivity tools
- Experienced in ability to draw concise, well supported recommendations based on detailed analysis of the given issue
- Perform written, verbal and quantitative skills
- Strong ability to work under time constraints and meet timelines
- General understanding of quota and compensation plan designs, tracking, and payments

Your Role
We are looking for a sharp, business-savvy Business Intelligence Partner to join our growing team. In this role, you'll be the strategic bridge between data and the business, translating data into actionable insights, building predictive models, and guiding decision-making at the leadership level.
You will work closely with business stakeholders across functions to uncover hidden trends, tell stories with data, and shape smarter strategies through robust data intelligence.
This role is ideal for someone who is not just technically strong but also curious, commercially minded, and passionate about making data work for the business.
What You'll Do
- Partner with Business to identify key challenges and opportunities, and design analytical solutions that drive impact
- Build and deploy predictive models and other advanced analytics to forecast trends, behaviour, and outcomes
- Translate complex data into clear narratives and compelling visualizations that tell a story and influence decision-makers
- Develop dashboards and reports that are meaningful and actionable
- Monitor performance metrics, uncover patterns, and recommend actions to optimise business strategies
- Ensure data integrity, quality, and governance across all analytics work
- Stay up to date with trends in analytics, AI, and BI tools, and introduce innovative approaches to how we use data
Key Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Business Analytics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field
- 2-4 years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or a similar role
- Proficiency in tools like Python/R, SQL, and data visualization platforms (Power BI, etc.)
- Strong business acumen, you can understand the "why" behind the data
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills, you make data meaningful to non-technical audiences
- Experience working cross-functionally with commercial, operational or senior stakeholders
- Comfortable in a fast-paced environment with an agile and consultative mindset
